Gloria treats customers like they are stupid when they ask questions. The train is going but she is very rude.

We got off here to get to the Yellow Green Farmer's market and the gate that used to be open (connecting the two) was locked. Some riders decided to jump a fence to get to the Farmer's Market. We opted to find alternate options. First we thought we could walk easily to the market, but the path given by the GPS was not very clear. We finally opted to get a ride share and for about $5 we got to the market. Based on previous reviews, these two were connected at one point, not anymore. Sadly I guess there's a way to walk over if we get out of the station, take a left, walk on the sidewalk along Sheridan, then take a left onto the market parking lot....that whole trek would probably take 20-25 min.

Yelp Review 2026 #191:…read more Brightline connects different parts of Southern Florida to Orlando for under $60 for regular one-way ticket or $110 premium one-way fare. There's a lounge, priority boarding, free food and drinks, comfortable seating onboard, fast-speed wifi, For that, it's convenient to take a train for a little over 3 hours (Miami-Orlando) vs flying. My most recent visit to Brightline Station in Aventura, I was catching a shuttle to go to Hard Rock Stadium aka Miami Stadium for the World Cup. There were two lines. The staff at my line took forever to scan people's tickets that the other line already filled 2 buses! And they were people at the back of the line! There was no shade, no water. Just free alcoholic beverages you have to post on social media. You have to pay for water, sunscreen - basic things they give away for free at other transportation stations in cities that hosted the World Cup! I anticipated you can't catch an Uber from this station after the game. I was right. But the cops were on a total power trip yelling at people "you can't get Uber here!" And the crowd was yelling back at the cops - what a hot mess! The crowd was just walking away from the station so, how did the cops even assume they got Uber?!? LOL.

We went back home from this station a few days later. It was easy to get in and through security. We headed to the premium lounge - there was one other person there. I tried to get some wine from the spigot and I could not figure it out. Luckily- the one person there had done it before. He showed me how to have to select the wine on the electronic part to turn on the spigot, and then you can pour. The Orlando station has wine but doesn't have that electronic control board. So that was confusing but I was happy for the assistance from a random person. Thank you random person! I tried two of their wines and made myself a little dinner plate. They had meatballs in marinara and a chicken Alfredo fettuccini dish in the hot part. The cold part had a charcuterie board with rolled up meats and sliced cheeses. They also had hummus with pita and garlic bread. There was an attendant that came through to check the stock and replenish things. They brought a brand new meat and cheese plate while we were there. They're not checking very closely though because there was a long piece of hair tangled around the utensil for the fettuccini. Pretty gross but also that's what you get when it's an unattended buffet. There was plenty of seating and each chair had a port to charge your devices. We were comfortable as we waited for our train to arrive. They have non alcoholic drinks as well as coffee and teas.

Each visit, we've opted to take the Brightline from FtL into Miami. The train is economical, fast, efficient and clean. You can purchase tickets at the customer service desk or online. The station in FtL is small in comparison to the large expansive station downtown Miami. The Miami location has multiple eateries and plenty of seating. Trains operate on an every hour basis. I used the option to keep from driving into the city and paying for parking.

The City and County do a good job of having connections, but a walk anywhere? I don't know... As to the actual station, there are not enough benches... or trash cans. There's also so much anxiety if the train is coming, if you're on the right platform, and the trains/buses don't run late enough. But it's such a net positive to have bus and rail options integrated with each other in this urban-surburban-car-dominated-megaopolis. I support it fully and want MORE investment in stations like this to make it better."
