I began using George Morgan & Sneed PC in 2008 through 2010 for tax preparation for my business. The accountants assigned were never able to answer accounting questions I had. The answer was always I will get back to you on that. Finally I Fired this company after selling my business. Suddenly in 2012 they started billing me again. I have written and called but they continue to bill me $125.76 per month with no explanation and for doing no work. As usual you cant get them to respond or answer questions. Which they neglected to add in a 1099, and then charged me twice to file. When I heard back from Nguyen it was 6 months later and I had to call the IRS to figure out what I needed to resolve in the interim. They also just abruptly stopped doing individual returns. I wouldn't have returned anyways.
