More than other dentists would've charged + he charged me $5350. The $350 they charges for so called "x-rays" and their website says "new patients - $99.xtrays" I was a new patient and will never go back to him again. He did "complimentary" teeth whitening for me and my teeth got super sensitive during treatment it became pure horror. They still hurt once in a while out of blue. I called the doctor's office asked why I was charged extra $350? They said it was for x-rays. They never told me ahead of time they were going to charge x-tra. He said that everything was included in my $5000 fee. Their office space is like one big closet. Very little space. Only good thing about his practice, they had a good dental hygienist. That's about it.

Thanks to a delicious fudge covered cookie I was quickly made keenly aware that my teeth could no longer be ignored. Dr. Kruse is an absolute saint. I had a NASTY cavity (first in my life). This crew took excellent care of me. Due to my childhood issues, I was a nervous wreck and I'm sure one of the worst patients they've ever had. Fidgety, clenching, and just being a giant baby. I'm not kidding at all... I felt ZERO pain and still acted as though I did. (4 numbing shots and I felt none of them) They did their work, despite my childish behavior, and I feel 5 years younger. (Left there about 7 hours ago) I'd highly recommend Dr. Kruse to anyone. Friend or foe, it doesn't matter. This fella doesn't want you to hurt. I truly believe he just wants to make your teeth be all that they can be. They also have the coolest laser scan tool that I found endlessly fascinating. Dr. Kruse was kind enough to explain that to me as well. I have another appointment in about 10 days for my permanent crown and I'm actually looking forward to it. Deep cleaning is scheduled for June.

I have never received any documents showing I have a balance due. My recommendation is not to use this dental practice as they seem to be more interested in making money, then helping people and our community!

Dr. Xu is always helpful and friendly. She has another office in Carmel alongside this downtown location, so I believe each location is only open a few days out of the week. I never have an issue getting my appointment and they seem to keep their schedule open enough to accommodate for any last minute changes. I find that they are good about taking insurance and anything not covered is cheaper than what I've heard of other dentists. For example, I had to get a night guard for my teeth which cost me $150, while these can often cost $400. I think the only thing that might make this office not ideal is that there's more open space so you can hear what goes on around you in other rooms. This doesn't bother me at all but I know some folks prefer a more quiet space.

Biometric Dentist looks at xray from Eller dentistry. Then he had me take X-ray from him. He looked at my teeth. He said all of those X-rays included ones from Eller dentistry showed that my tooth is healthy and I don't need root canal or have my tooth pulled out! He said I just need mouth guard. I have no pain and my tooth looks and feel fine since I took home mouth guard. Thank god I saved my own healthy tooth by going to different dentist. Eller dentistry is Unprofessional. Uncaring.
