I wax my underarms but I wanted my legs done properly. The salon is clean and well organized, I can say that at least. My esthetician is a very fun person but her wax knowledge is lacking. The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. So I am left to deal with a multitude of ingrown hairs and stubble! I'm really upset and I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was too much to let slide. Never again.

It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa!
