Amy saved me last Mother's Day when I dropped the ball planning and the florists I called the day before either never returned my call or didn't have availability. Not only did Amy take my order after 5pm she talked through my vision with me and put together the most beautiful arrangement that far exceeded my expectations. On top of that, she squeezed my mom's delivery in between deliveries to get it there before noon on Mother's Day. My mom LOVED the flowers and sent pictures of the bouquet to her friends and even to family in Taiwan. Since then, Amy has also helped with flowers for other occasions and each time they're beautiful and unique. She is so talented and pleasant to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Amy for any occasion. REQUEST: Called Amy at 3:30pm on a Wednesday asking for fresh rose petals, custom arrangement, dozen chocolate covered strawberries & candles for my brother's proposal. I NEEDED EVERYTHING THE NEXT DAY, IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS! SERVICE: Somehow, Amy was able to pull it off AND exceeded my expectations with the arrangement! Super communicative via text (which I prefer), courteous, and punctual. I contacted 3 other event planners & local florists before calling Amy, she was the only one who answered & responded right away! QUALITY: Arrangement exceeded expectations! I gave Amy a few inspiration photos from JLF (my favorite florist in Vegas), and she knocked it out of the park! Rose petals were great quality- not wilted & didn't have that gross rotting smell. Strawberries were so, so- I didn't specify how I wanted them to look but I wouldn't recommend it either way. I'm still grateful Amy was able to squeeze it in & make it happen last minute! COST: In line with other planners & florists. Petals were slightly cheaper than other quotes. For the quality of the arrangement & rush, I would have expected much more. Through ELV, I only sent 2 photos of what I wanted and this company somehow created better than what I wanted. It had the perfect colors, the right weight, the right spread and flowy-mess to the bouquet. it couldn't have been more perfect.
