NUMBER 1, her English wasn't decent enough to be answering the phone or dealing with customers in any direct capacity. When it comes to having to talk to someone whether it's on the phone OR face-to-face, you need to be able to speak English fluently AND understand it as well. It doesn't matter your background , political affiliation , region/location (within the USA), upbringing etc- this is the United States of America and English is the official language. NUMBER 2, you cannot have a business where you deal with customers and yet you have a bad attitude. It doesn't matter if you are the owner or just an employee- DO NOT work in any establishment where you will be in direct communication & contact with customers if you don't have a welcoming attitude. The worst florist in Las Vegas award goes to VIP Floral Design located at 5870 S. Decatur. I received delivery of floral arrangement on February 13, 2022 and in less than 3 days the flowers wilted and begin to die. I am accustomed to receiving live flowers accompanied by care instructions however, this was not the case. I started to chalk it up as a loss until I found out how much was spent on the undersized roses. I called the store several times..A rude woman contacted me and commenced to argue and over talk me, I hung up. I received a second call same rude attitude and the lady apologized for the dead flowers but kept making excuses and refused to to replace the overpriced, poor quality of dying roses that never bloomed in the small box. read more

Delivery to my house today did not go as expected. Obviously it's 100 degrees plus outside. A $400 arrangement was left outside by my front door in the heat. Nobody was home to get for 4 hours. I live in a guard gated community that would kindly accept on my behalf if they were asked. I called to voice my concern and all I got was to bring back the arrangement, which the flower shop is on the other side of town, I said no. Someone can come pick it up and have a fresh arrangement re-delivered. I cannot understand what delivery driver would leave flowers outside unless told to do so. It's like leaving ice cream out by the front door and this heat. Very disappointed. The driver left a voice mail that she delivered the flowers by the door. We did not get the voicemail for a few hours afterwards. This is very unprofessional on many levels. If nobody answered the door then they should have tried to re deliver them later. I absolutely LOVE this florist!! I have been fortunate enough to have someone that sends me flowers 1-2 times a month and they always come from VIP Floral Designs. The owner has delivered them herself when a driver is unavailable. There's always a personal touch to each one and they've all been uniquely different. I can only imagine what she'd come up with for a wedding or an event. Not to mention most of my arrangements last almost 2 weeks!!! Well as long as I care for them properly.
