Small floral shop. I've bought and received flowers from here. They always look nice, but sometimes they don't last as long as other flowers I've received, even grocery store flowers. Typically most floral shops will include plant food packets with your bouquets, but this one does not. You have to ask how to care / maintain the floral arrangements. I thought the price was a bit expensive for some of the arrangements that did not include a vase or box. It seemed like requesting an arrangement with a box was a hard request. I selected a bouquet and requested a box or vase, and the staff asked if the person receiving the flowers doesn't have a vase. It's just more convenient to have a box or vase with the arrangement since you don't want the person receiving it to look for one, and what if they don't have a vase? I asked if they could just make a similar arrangement so I can include a box or vase with it. read more

located in the southwest part of the valley, such a hidden gem! my friend always raves about this place so I chose to give it a shot! The quality of the flowers is some of the best I have seen. It is a more pricey bouquet of flowers but the quality, colors, wrapping, vibrancy is unlike any other that you can get at your local store or any of the online flower delivery sites. I ordered a $230 rose bouquet for my girlfriend. I have been ordering flowers from Vegas Rose for 2+ years. My girlfriend called me to tell me that the roses died the next morning (today) after being delivered yesterday late afternoon. So, she threw them in nthe garbage. RUDEST lady ever. If I could do zero stars I would. This lady was so freaking rude it was actually comical. She was pissed that I called at 9:10am and asked about a simple corsage. I asked a few questions and she acted like I had ruined her day. She said "all this talking, I'll just take your order over the phone".. what?! Paid for flowers and delivery to be made the next day they never delivered my flowers on time before my wife's job closed. Charged me $40 and didn't make the delivery the day I paid for I even called the shop to confirm when they would be there by. Didn't make the time for delivery I called again after they were an hour late when they were supposed to be there and then they told me two hours from that time now. Refused to refund my delivery strongly suggest getting flowers somewhere else for Valentine's Day the clearly cannot deliver the day you want and pay for. read more

High-price but good quality Not sure why all the negative reviews. This is a lovely small business on the West side of town that is clean, well-stocked, actually open on Sundays (most other florists aren't), and friendly staff. The bouquet I purchased (see photo) was probably $10-20 more than I felt comfortable with but that's the trade off for convenience. Shocked at all these negative reviews! I came into the story the other day to find an arrangement for my mother in law. I had to bring in my two babies and the store owner? I think she was (I believe Mary was her name) was so so sweet and welcoming. She didn't mind my toddler laying on her floor despite my best efforts lol. She helped me find the perfect arrangement at a great price and even helped bring it to my car. She was an absolute angel and I will definitely be recommending locals I know to this shop, and I will absolutely be back. I was ordering some Just Because flowers to brighten up her crazy day at work. I get the text she's coming home with no mention of the flowers. I had to totally ruin the surprise by asking if she got them. She didn't. When I called the agent was very nice and apologetic. However they hadn't sent my flowers out yet since I did not specify a time. Whenever I gave ordered flowers before It's always been around the same time and usually my wife gets his around lunch time more or less. Even though I didn't put a specific time I figured a +$200 order being delivered to a Hotel with special attention to deliver at the front desk wasn't enough to warrant a deliver during normal business hours. They offered to deliver to my home. I wish I could cancel my order. But the wife is expecting flowers. Surprise gone. Mission to brighten up her work day: failed. I'm not even a flower person. I never ask for flowers because honestly I feel like most of the time it's a waste. But he went out of the way for these on his way home from a very long work week. I'm disappointed for HIM because he thought they would be a tad bit "fuller" in the sense of greenery, whether it's baby's breath or green leaves. Highly disappointed and knowing I was over charged. I ordered a Pink Flowers in any vase Deluxe arrangement, an extra $30 over the regular $99 veesion, as a surprise for my wife. I asked for gerber daisies to be added to the $129 order and was quoted an additional $20. Then, adding $40 delivery charge to the order brought the total to $189.  I was fine paying this amount as I expected a larger than normal arrangement with a lot of extra blooms. The arrangement did arrive on time but is quite small, total of 11" tall including the vase, and there are only 3 daisies in the bouquet.  I was unaware that a single Gerber daisy was going for $7 each.  You can clearly see that the entire arrangement is only slightly larger than a sheet of paper.  This is hardly worth $200. I would have been better off going to Smiths and putting flowers in my own vase for 1/3 the cost and for more flowers. read more

Vegas Rose Flowers makes amazing, beautiful and out of this world flower arrangements. I don't know much about flowers but when my wife and daughter tell me they love them and I see them genuinely happy it just melts my heart. Now for the bad part. Ugh. They deliver late. Heart burn causing late. Like they meet them at the car as they are driving away late. Ok that was an exaggeration but pretty close. Within an hour close. They must know that if the flowers get delivered early (morning would be amazing!) every time a woman walks by the flowers they would think about the person that sent it. Maybe they don't know?! I called and they told me 30-40 min. I'm almost positive that the standard answer. An hour and 20 minutes still nothing. I called they said let me call the driver. Drive calls me 10 minutes later and 5 minutes later. Delivered. This has been one of the hardest reviews to create because the two main points of this is the product (flowers) and customer (delivery) aspect. In this day and age they should be able to track the delivery vehicle in real time. Know where the driver is heading. ETA (estimated delivery arrival) to destinations. The prices are steep just like they have been for my last 3 plus decades of ordering flowers. I actually hope they read this and spring (pun intended lol) into action! read more

I tried this florist for the first time for a corsage and boutonnière. The corsage fell apart as soon as my daughter put it on. One of the flowers fell off. The other flower off shortly afterwards. I emailed the florist about it and received no reply back even acknowledging a dissatisfied customer. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I used Vegas Rose Flowers for my wedding bouquet and my fiancé boutonnière. I asked for the darkest natural flowers they had. Dark dahlias, dark red roses, autumn greenery.. these were the most beautiful flowers I've ever had in my life. I'll post a photo with my review as well. I did a pick up too since I got everything myself on my wedding day and everything was ready and on time! I actually broke my acrylic nail two minutes before I went in to go pick up the flowers, and I was really upset. But when I saw the flowers they actually made me feel better, and it was really good because the bouquet had so much fullness and color I was able to hide my broken nail and all my wedding photos. read more
