Not impressed. Flavor of the donut was decent. The only thing this place does differently is put weird toppings on their donuts. The line situation in this place needs correcting asap. They have donut rugs guiding you but then people crowd the display cases so trying to figure out what options they have is way too time consuming. They also give out free donut holes and I've never seen people take advantage of samples like I did here. Savages lol is literally what I called them when they kept going back for 5th and 6th and 7th helpings. Back to the donuts... I ended up choosing the almond banana caramel donut which was decent but didn't like the crunchy dried bananas. M&M donut is just a glazed donut with white frosting and mini M&Ms. Not sure why people get so crazy about this place. It was hot inside and the refrigerators needed to be restocked. Won't go back unless I'm high... I'm guessing a majority of their clientele is under the influence because I'm not really sure why you'd want half of the stuff they have here. We tried a dozen different donuts and loved them. The Bizmallow Caramel was incredible. But WOW the price is pretty high and not very clear. We paid about $21 after tax for the dozen. I thought the dozen was $17 so idk how the total ended up being over $21. I get that the donuts are inventive and delicious but damn. read more

I really do appreciate the effort that goes into making these creative donuts, and an extra star goes to staying open 24 hours a day and having free donut holes along the counter. However, at the end of the day the donuts do not taste that good. Despite the many flavors they end up sort of tasting the same, which is disappointing. I had a bad experience with the service I am from California and saw the reviews of their donuts so I decided to buy two dozens for my family on my way back home, first I was ignored maybe because I had gym clothes who knows? I told the young lady I would like to get two dozens in different boxes as í was picking the donuts the young lady was very anxious for me to hurry up thus being there were only 3 people in the shop. when I finished choosing, we proceeded to the cash register as i paid every bill I gave the lady was checked with the famous marker, yes!! 1 dollar bill, 5 dollar bills were all checked. sorry didn't really care to try them as they were giving as gifts for family members. read more

Hi I'd like to introduce myself. I am a fully certified donut connoisseur from the southwest region of pastries and delectable sweets division. No serious. Now these are some incredible floating sugary fat calories that slide down with ease. Setting you off on a magical sugar rush ride of a new high. Reminded me of what I'd condor up on a smoke out night from yesterday's. These tributes to the old fashioned way of donut construction leave the ' time to make the donuts' guy's right of historical passage for boxed sweets seem pointless. It's a 24 hour joint so any time of day you can get your fix in the worst possible good way. The combos are delicious. They fill your own round filled selection in front of you which that idea is superb. And all I can say is no need to Dunk these babies. read more

Stopped in my 1st time. Large variety of doughnuts to choose from. I picked up 6 doughnuts to try. Not sure why all the hype about this place. I tried the bacon maple fudge; Chief Wiggams doughnut; and a choc round with barvarian cream. The flavor was actually weak in all of them. I'd rather have Dunkin or Doughnut Wheel any day. For the high price of nearly $12 for a half dozen, I expected to be knocked off my feet. The doughnuts just don't have that flavor you get with the other shops in town. The icing was thin and honestly lacking in flavor also. Not sure why others giving this place 4 and 5 stars. A large variety with crumbled cookies and candy bars don't make it great. Prices are high and flavor is just fair. Nothing to get excited about. I'll pick up a dozen from Dunkin or Doughnut Wheel for $11 next time I want some and actually taste the flavors even though the variety is less. read more

Went at 9 pm last night. The line was long, but not out the door. That's to be expected, as that is what happens when a new place opens in Tucson. The wait wasn't too long and we needed that time anyway to peruse the different donuts and try to make some decisions. Donuts are FRESH! Not like going to Dunkin at 9 pm where you get stale leftovers that have been sitting since 4 am. The line moved quickly--seems they took other reviews to heart and now have one person working the register while others are taking orders and boxing. Staff was super friendly even though they were incredibly busy. They moved you along in your selection efficiently by having you go from one donut case to the next working your way toward the register. I purchased 2 dozen-- 1 dozen to split with my daughter, and 1 for her to take to work. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn't hold up overnight (other donuts have not), but to my delight I tried one this morning and it tastes Fresh and yummy. Yes they cost more- But you are paying for hand decorated, made there, fresh donuts not trucked in --sit all day donuts. You get what you pay for and that's yummy goodness. You need to plan time if you're going here as you won't be in and out in 5 minutes--but 90% of that is because it's so tough to decide what to choose. Co-worker treated the office to these donuts. I was impressed by the variety. I had something akin to banana bread on a yeast donut and it was delicious. The true test was trying their regular glazed yeast donut and I have to say this passes with flying colors: nice even glaze with a light and airy dough. Can't say no to a good donut. read more

Who knew that Bacon, Peanut Butter, Fluff and chocolate drizzle all on a donut would create the yummy goodness of "The Heart Attack"! So freaking good!!! We lucked out, there was no one in the store when we got there and we were actually able to look at all the choices. however by the time we were getting ready to order the place started filling up and was packed by the time we left. The donuts are amazing. We had 12 different types and all tasted excellent and the dough very fresh even though it was afternoon. We went on Sunday afternoon. Wasn't busy and the counter people were very friendly and very patient while we made our choices as this was our first time. The orange creamsicle really tasted like one. Although they were all excellent, the only disappointment for me was the cherry fritter. There wasn't that much cherry flavor, too subtle. The apple and blueberry fritters had excellent flavor. The mocha coffee was very smooth and tasty. I will be back. read more

I was amazed at the variety of doughnuts. This is definitely a different type of donut shop which is a great thing. We had a party of six, we each got two donuts and none of them were the same and there was so much more to choose from. If you are in the mood for something different this is a place to go. The taste of the donut was average but the topping made up for the average taste. One cool menu choice item is the un-filled doughnuts, you get to choose your filling(s). The doughnuts were super yummy and the ladies behind the display were awesome and accommodating. But I have to say the girl working the register was extremely grumpy and rude, she rolled her eyes at my friend while she was paying and when I asked about a business card she looked down like she was looking in a drawer and then responded "no we don't" as if I had annoyed her beyond all belief. Went for the first time today at midnight, about 10 people in front of us. I was surprised to find out they were open 24hrs and thought they'd be dead when we decided to go at midnight. The employees were all nice, although there doesn't seem to be too much of a system, which makes for longer wait times. The place looked dirty for just being open, the floors and mats look like they've been there for years. They also have a lot of personal items in the drink fridges, customers don't want to see your personal lunch items next beverages that are being sold. The donuts were good. We got 1/2 a dozen; lemon old fashion - ok, chocolate with nuts - good, apple fritter - amazing, Homer Simpson sprinkle - ok, banana foster - ok, rocky road - ok. I had to see what all of the hype was about because it's all people have been talking about. They layout is weird, there is no chairs or tables anywhere not even outside so it's definitely a run in, get what you need and go type service. The staff was friendly and the doughnuts are really good for what they are. They're sweet, but you're also getting a doughnut covered in candy so that's what you should expect. They're on the pricer side but again you're paying for everything they put on them. Overall I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back again at some point. read more

I'm a huge donut snob. Of course I'm there when there's a new donut shop in town. I went on a Saturday night, a week after it's grand opening. There was a line inside, which I'm glad about cuz honestly with 120 option, you need time to think! I ended up getting the glazed, Homer Simpson, peanut butter with Oreos, and Nutella fluff. My family and I loved every donut we tried. They were nice and fluffy! While I was there they had fresh donut hole samples and of course I had to buy 1 dozen for a dollar! We came in on Monday around 12:30 pm and the counter of glorious doughnuts looked amazing. I was expecting the doughnuts to look better than they tasted but I found out this was not the case when we got home and ate them. We purchased 6 and the girl helping us took care to make our box look special. The ones that did not fit in the box she packaged up separate. Yes you pay a little more but this made it worth it. We opened the box for some guests and the presentation was impressive! We all tried the little jewels and 5 of the 6 were outstanding!
