I had to go to the storage door after walking the store and found no attendant. A nice selection of. I bought from a company that I had never seen. I appreciate the crown. After I made the section and waited at the counter, there was a person too busy to acknowledge me. She saw me because as a retail associate she was required to be aware of her surroundings. After 3 minutes she never saw me. Finally a person from the back came back out to help me. I have received better treatment. read more

The employees greet you as you walk through the door and walk you to the area that has the cards that you're looking for. Great service. Fantastic store for your gifting and celebration needs. Hallmark has done such a great job of making a card or gift for just about everyone and everything. They have been traditional and now more inclusive so I'm able to gift accordingly. I still think life moments like retirement, getting a new home, birthdays, promotions, career changes and even going through a rough time should be acknowledged. They even have tiny cards that are just one liners of support and uplifting sayings. I understand we all can text or put something online, but a small or regular sized card just lets that someone know a real you is thinking of them. Hallmark has done a great job on the variety of gifts too. You can find Harry Potter, The Office, The Golden Girls, Disney, Star Wars, Snoopy and Friends, DC (Batman or Wonder Woman) themed gifts. Good quality ones too. It's the type of store when you want a gift above average, but not break the bank. Personal and special enough to show the person you actually put some effort and thought for the occasion. The staff is super helpful and the store is very organized. You will not feel overwhelmed or pressured to get anything, but you will always find something unique and charming . This little gem is tucked away on Stephanie but is the perfect spot if you're looking for any of those specific favorites that you just won't find at Target or Walmart! I needed a F.R.I.E.N.D.S gift and they had an entire section dedicated to the show, plus other popular favorites like Harry Potter, The Golden Girls, Star Wars (of course) and many more! Prices were reasonable giving you're buying something special that you wouldn't be able to grab from like Amazon same day, so in a crunch for time I was happy to pay the price!! They even had a HUGE leftover Christmas section which was 75% off if you wanted to get a jump start of next years ornament supply! read more

Honestly, I haven't spent more than a few minutes in this store. I have been ordering cards online and only coming in to pick up recently. The staff seems friendly and professional, though. It is a nice touch that they call to tell me my order is ready even before the email confirmation comes to my inbox. I appreciate the service that goes just that little extra. From what I've seen in my few minutes inside during pick up, this is a bigger store than I expected. It is more than just a place to buy cards. There are gifts and other Hallmark branded goods too. Maybe this isn't place I am going to frequent but I would not mind coming in and browsing. Especially when comes the time for the holidays. Gift shopping, anyone? read more

Hallmark stores are always fun to meander through and this location is no exception. I have stopped in numerous times, the staff is always friendly and the store is consistently clean. Even when the store is crowded it is easy to navigate. The wide aisles and thoughtful layout eliminate the feeling of being suffocated. It makes me sad that the Green Valley location closed. I hope Hallmark brick and mortar shops stay open. We have the tradition of getting a new snowman every year. They have that great deal where you buy 3 cards and get the dancing snowman for the year at a discount. When I went in they were sold out and had a delivery arriving from another store. As I was browsing the store the snowman order arrived! Yah for me! I also love the Life is good brand and they have a good selection here. I was able to get myself a few stocking stuffers. read more

I was delighted that my favorite Hallmark store was open once again. I needed to buy a few Fathers Day Cards (not in stock at Walgreens). The selections were vast and I kept picking one and then choosing another. I was more than happy with my selection when I got to the register. The other shoppers in the store were doing their part to practice social distancing. Upon reaching the register I was greeted by a friendly sale clerk who rang up my order. She mentioned that it was a "free card day" which I took advantage of. The icing on the cake was that she was able to give me my discount that was on my phone. In their store you have to turn off this & turn on that to get your emails. I left feeling great that I got even more than what I came in for! read more

I could seriously get into trouble coming here on a basis! I'm so happy to have an actual Hallmark freestanding location instead of going into the mall and having to find parking -__- I've been here twice and their selection of cute gifts and cards is just amazing! I can't say the customer service is anything to write about because it really isn't LOL! The girls that work at the counter looked bored and don't even greet you when you walk in, yes the place is spacious but not that big where you can ignore you customers because you seem the walking in the door. If I did needed help I would be reluctant to go track someone down and ask for help, seems like I'm bothering them :/ That kind of mentality is just a prime example of bad customer service. Now when it comes to the selection of the cards and gifts its AMAZING! All kinds of cards to pick from for every occasion! This is a pretty big Hallmark location. We came here b/c we were looking for a spanish card. We originally started our search at Target which had absolutely zero selection. I mean we're talking like 5 cards and those were all pretty shoddy. So ... we went across the street and I was in the hunt for a Father's Day Card to my mom. I know but these days there are so many moms that pull double duty I think this is something the greeting card industry hasnt tapped into... I think Ijust landed on a Gold mine! lol. Well I didnt find what I was looking for but I found something really good anyways. The left side of the store had lots of other goodies I really didnt get to go thru b/c it was close to closing time. They forgot my gold envelope sealing stickers (the whole reason we go to the ACTUAL HALLMARK STORE for.. so I went bk in right before they locked the doors. lol.. I really liked the store though, it has that feel-good potporri smelling warmness when you walk in.. puts you in the mood to read cards for 30 mintues and get lost in it till you end up buying about 5 cards before leaving.. I came here at 7:45 to grab a quick, cute mug for my cousin who just graduated. While we all knew they closed very soon, the workers there were helping us with every little thing we needed and I did not feel rushed at all. She kept giving me suggestions and asked me what my cousin liked and even answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, like "which do you like better?" The workers there were super helpful, and truly care that you get the perfect gift/card/gift bag. 5 stars for the service and 5 stars for their amazing selection on bags and cards that you can't get anywhere else! Even when we finally got everything together (about 5 minutes after they closed) she still managed to take the price tags off my mug, wrap it up, and give us a coupon! I have visited this location three times and honestly I wish they were a restaurant or something. They are some of the nicest people I have encountered anywhere in Vegas. I have no idea what they put in their coffee but it must work. They are always super smiley and plenty helpful if you need it but not to the point where it seems like they are stalking you. Prices are decent and the selection is out of this world. Any time I need a card or a nice little gift for someone I know that I can stop in here and be taken care of right away. Forget picking up a card or gift anywhere else, this place is worth an extra stop. read more

Such a shame the way Codi the manager treats long time customers. Every time I go into this store my experience is less than stellar. The sales girls are rude and know little to nothing about the products. They are unwilling to answer questions and act like you are bothering them if you seek them out to ask. When asked to see the manager - Codi- she will come out with a passive aggressive attitude that usually inflames the situation. She offers no help and will tell customers "too bad" and then continue to wish them a nice day as sarcastically as possible. As a Hallmark fan and keepsake collector for over 40 years. I am sad to say I will not be shopping at Hallmark again - especially when they continue to employ people such as Codi in their most important customer service roles. read more

Call me crazy, but I like to look around at the Hallmark store. Beyond the usual plethora of cards for every occasion, they have a lot of useless little doodads. I love useless little doodads. If you're into cooking like me, they have a LOT of really cute blank cookbooks with protective covers to keep splatters off your recipes. It always smells nice too... random observation, but it makes me want to look around longer. Also, the service is always impeccable - helpful, but not pushy. Love this store. read more
