She was working the register and giving manager vibes - it's June 8th 2026. I was picking up my clothes as I got the text that they had been finished being gone through. She was so incredibly rude and would not even look me in the eye as she was telling me which clothes they were going to purchase from me. As I was waiting for her to hand me cash she started laughing at another worker and saying rude comments about her as she was talking to a customer. Then another coworker came up to her and said " is this the bin with those shoes that I wanted?" she proceeded to laugh at her and say " nobody wants those ugly ass shoes anyways" as I was still standing right there. Then she didn't even acknowledge the transaction was done. I was standing there waiting for her to tell me that I was good to go. She just walked away, so I grabbed my things and walked out. I genuinely have never experienced something that rude in my entire life. She was horrible.

And the answer is...slightly. The store is definitely in better shape and much more organized. But while the ones in Wisconsin were cluttered and ramshackle, this location is sparse, with some shelves nearly empty. Also disappointing was that some marked down merchandise such as tumblers were clearly defective and should have been disposed of instead of marked down. All that being said, I did get a great deal on a paper towel holder (despite HomeGoods having zero such items at their location) and a cup for my mom. I'm not likely to run out and stop here again but if I was in the area with time to kill, I might consider it.

She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. After I got home, I decided I wanted three more of the cabinets and went back to the store the same day. A different young lady helped me that time and again, I could not have asked for better customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price on the cabinets, as they were each priced differently. I had to leave two of the cabinets there overnight because I didn't think I could fit them in my car, so I went back the next morning to pick up the other two. I don't know if the young man who helped me was the store manager, but he knew me as soon as I walked in and was overly accommodating helping me load my car.
