The basket my recipient received had four and only one matched up with the description. I understand substitutions are often necessary but this basket looked skimpy rather than bountiful as shown on the website. When I contacted the company, their response was that the basket looked full to them. They did ask what I would like as a "resolution", as if I could be bought off with a credit against my purchase price. What I wanted was for them to admit the basket didn't match what was promised. I called these people when I placed the order and told them it MUST be delivered by 2 pm THE NEXT DAY. They didn't deliver it until after 4:30 pm. I had stated in the order that if there were problems, they should call me and included my phone number. THEY DID NOT CALL ME. THEY DECIDED FOR THEMSELVES WHAT WOULD WORK. For all I know, the shift changed at 3 pm. The product was fine, employee was kind. I didn't care for the tip arrangement. I think being asked to tip before you receive your product is kinda like extortion. Tipping is for good service, and I'm all for that. But how do I know if I am going to receive good service before it happens? Also, if I don't tip, how do I know there won't be retaliation. Danielle was extremely friendly and helpful in ordering our personalized "HAPPY 21" sprinkled donuts. I called her just a few days before the day we needed the donuts delivered and she was able to send us the donuts within that short time frame. We were allowed to pick the frosting colors for our donuts and which type of sprinkles we wanted. Something like $81 for those 7 donuts and delivery. Personally, a little steep for a student's budget, but this was a last minute personalized order and it was made and delivered to us so quickly. The donuts were delivered straight to our hotel room in Flamingo--we didn't need to drive by and pick them up (because they were a surprise for my sister's 21st birthday) and we didn't even need to secretly drop by the front desk to pick them up ourselves. Extremely disappointed how unprofessional this place is. I placed an order a few days ago for a gift basket to be delivered to my boyfriends for a surprise birthday gift yesterday. I called the office earlier during the day to ask and check what time this is going to be delivered by.
