The basket my recipient received had four and only one matched up with the description. I understand substitutions are often necessary but this basket looked skimpy rather than bountiful as shown on the website. When I contacted the company, their response was that the basket looked full to them. They did ask what I would like as a "resolution", as if I could be bought off with a credit against my purchase price. What I wanted was for them to admit the basket didn't match what was promised.
