I came here to make a return off on an item that I received for Christmas that unfortunately fell apart in the wash. The cashier was very helpful with my return. I will say that the robe that fell apart in the washing machine was not a great value. Other than that, I would recommend this location. read more

Okay, wow, I had no idea there was an Old Navy over here. I think because it's been a while since I've been in this shopping center, but found myself over here since the Walmart near it was one we needed to go to. I loved that they were open later, because we wandered in here on a week night. I had gone to another store in the same shopping center but I felt really weird when they were closing their gate almost a half hour before the store closed and announced rudely that their dressing rooms were closing. It just turned me off and I felt rushed. So I was glad to see this Old Navy open late. Even though it was later, the staff was really nice and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Right now for fall, they have so many jeans to select from. I tried on a bunch, and the girl working the dressing room was also super friendly, too, and said I could go in any room I wanted. I tried on a bunch, and ended up finding three pairs I really liked, which I was excited about. When we went to check out, I was super excited to see one pair I had picked was randomly $12. Like whatttt?! Their jeans are usually about $40 a pair. Super amazing and when I mentioned it to the cashier, she was like "yeah it's awesome huh?! They keep randomly discounting some of the jeans" but I do wish they had a sign or something. Glad to have another Old Navy closer to me so I don't have to go all the way to Town Square! I came in the other day and I just had to acknowledge Kylie! Not only was she super sweet, she was absolutely fantastic when it came to returning and price matching my items. When the item I wanted wasn't in stock, she referred me to a few separate jackets and I found one that I loved. I will most definitely be returning to this Old Navy sooner rather than later! This was my first time in here. I like how its located close to home but I wasn't impressed with the set up. I felt like all they were selling was workout clothes cause that is all I saw when I first walked in. I'm use to other stores having the workout clothes in the back, which I think is where it should be since Old Navy's focus isn't on workout clothes or is it now? Over the years as I've aged I've also unfortunately gained weight. I was really disappointed that they didn't' have my size shirts in the store. Only went up to Xtra Lg. When I mentioned this to the cashier she said the larger sizes haven't come in yet. I can see not having regular size shirts being out of stock but big girl shirts not being in stock?? Also I got a jean jacket that was advertised 30% off & when it was rung up the discount didn't come off of it. It was an easy fix. I told the cashier that I thought the jacket was on sale & we walked over to the rack & there was the sign for 30% off so she was able to refund the difference to my CC. It worried me that the register system wasn't up to date on sale items. I had to go back & double check my receipt & some of the items I bought to make sure I got charged the right price. I don't like that, not cool. If I didn't pay attention I probably would have never known I got over charged for my jacket. They have a new rewards program that you can sign up for if you don't have their CC. It was real quick & easy to do. With COVID I wasn't sure if their dressing room was opened or not. It kinda looked like it from afar but I decided I would just try my clothes on @ home. While checking out I did ask & was told it was opened. She asked me if I wanted to try anything on but I declined......well now I've got to return everything but my jean jacket because I didn't like how things looked on me. I usually have pretty good luck @ Old Navy finding clothes that I like & fit. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time! read more

Every time I shop at this location, the store is always neat and tidy! It makes it easy to look for merchandise. The staff is always so friendly. They're always asking if I need help with anything or if I'm finding everything okay. I shop here at old navy for their active wear. The active wear are comfortable and it lasts long. They have a variety of sports bras, tops and leggings to choose from. When they have their 50% off sale, that's when I purchase and it happens often. I plan to come here to purchase more items! read more

I recently went to Old Navy on Serene.... It was very late on a Sunday... they were 10 minutes till closing! Donna was Very Sweet helping me find a pair of jeans ....Also the cashier Renae let me know about an Old Navy Credit Card... Yes of course I signed up for one! Ladies..... Came in on a Wednesday night. Was probably the only customer in there. NOT ONE employee greeted or said ANYTHING to us the whole time there. About 20 minutes total. Literally spoke to no one until I went to pay. Not even any eye contact to acknowledge a customer in the store. I'm not expecting royal treatment, but holy crap what happened to customer service and just having manners??? "Hi welcome, let me know if you need anything!" Is literally all it takes lol. They don't have many options at this store for some reason. It just seems big and empty compared to other locations. Fitting rooms were messy which is understandable sometimes, but not a dead Wednesday night?? I've never been made to feel more welcome in an ON store. When I approached the door to enter the store, an associate ran up to open it for me. On top of that, not only did they welcome me with open arms and doors but they also let me know that there were lots of different promos going on for the day and that when I was ready, an associate would be happy to tell me about them. I loved that. It was nice to know that there were promos but it was even nicer to be made to feel like there wasn't any pressure to hear about them immediately and that they weren't going to be the helicopter type sales associates. That was great. I walked through different areas of the store being greeted and offered help if necessary in each section. I found what I was looking for but wasn't able to find certain items in the colors and sizes I was hoping for but the associates went out of the way to check their back stock and to check their displays once again. I really don't think that I've received such stellar service in forever. This was an awesome shopping experience. read more
