Literally, the owner goes above and beyond - she puts her video on and lets you see the items or sends pics and makes sure I was super happy with what I put together. They have a large selection for a small store, and for what they don't have, there is a cute little toy store next door. It's a great experience and I highly recommend.

However little 9 year old princess convinced her brother and myself that this store was the place... We relented to her. Alas I havent been in that area much, but I do know that Spring Valley had an itsy bitsy AS. Not anymore people! Apparently they are in place of the huge PathMark that used to be there. Although the "local"s are nosy and pushy (sorry, i speak the truth) the kids heaped up gifts that were really smart and fun. My little princess had to have her "maybe" pile and the little guy was pensive adding numbers and choosing wisely. It did take a while, but I'll tell ya - what a huge selection. Previously, I found the service lacking and the employees weren't very professional or kind. However, my latest visit completely turned things around! Before heading over, I called ahead to confirm their hours, and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up visiting toward the end of the day, and the entire staff on shift was warm, laid-back, and super accommodating. The store itself wasn't perfectly organized, but to be completely fair, it was the Saturday right after a busy holiday weekend, so a bit of chaos is totally understandable given the foot traffic they must have had. I always like to keep my reviews up to date so other shoppers get an accurate picture, and I'm really happy to report that the customer service has significantly improved. I'll definitely be back!

Why couldn't the item I am literally going to purchase immediately not take priority? "Because that's our policy." That policy makes no sense. "It says it clearly in our policy that you can read." Nowhere in the store was this supposed policy, and nowhere on the website for Goodwill does it say that they won't prioritize pricing things that are literally on the shelf about to be bought. My daughter left crying because we couldn't buy an item from the store. They refused to sell us an item. Geez.
