Yes it is a little pricey, but the customer service cannot be beat -- I have called, asked for a basket or gift to be put together and had THE most amazing gift to give to my daughter's friend within a half hour. Literally, the owner goes above and beyond - she puts her video on and lets you see the items or sends pics and makes sure I was super happy with what I put together. They have a large selection for a small store, and for what they don't have, there is a cute little toy store next door. It's a great experience and I highly recommend.

However little 9 year old princess convinced her brother and myself that this store was the place... We relented to her. Alas I havent been in that area much, but I do know that Spring Valley had an itsy bitsy AS. Not anymore people! Apparently they are in place of the huge PathMark that used to be there. Although the "local"s are nosy and pushy (sorry, i speak the truth) the kids heaped up gifts that were really smart and fun. My little princess had to have her "maybe" pile and the little guy was pensive adding numbers and choosing wisely. It did take a while, but I'll tell ya - what a huge selection. We walked out with so much stuff, from make your own jewelry box, hello kitty teddy that opened to a blanket, basketball, school lunch bag with a cool key chain, pens, lip gloss that I am highly considering next years budget to be $10.... Previously, I found the service lacking and the employees weren't very professional or kind. However, my latest visit completely turned things around! Before heading over, I called ahead to confirm their hours, and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful. I ended up visiting toward the end of the day, and the entire staff on shift was warm, laid-back, and super accommodating. The store itself wasn't perfectly organized, but to be completely fair, it was the Saturday right after a busy holiday weekend, so a bit of chaos is totally understandable given the foot traffic they must have had. I always like to keep my reviews up to date so other shoppers get an accurate picture, and I'm really happy to report that the customer service has significantly improved. I'll definitely be back!
