I have no reservations in recommending this company. -------------------- I really wanted to give Just In Time a five-star review, because I genuinely think the issue I ran into was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how they handled that mistake. First, the good: I hired them to install a smart EV charger. They were super friendly, responsive, on-time, and the installation itself was fast and clean. Here's where things went sideways: they told me the job was complete, but the charger's controller--the part that actually makes it "smart"--was still sitting in the box. Without that piece installed, the whole point of the smart charger is lost. The technicians put me on the phone with the boss, who told me installing the rest of the components would be an additional $165. I was awfully annoyed, but I didn't really have any choice at that point. My issue is simple: I was clear from the beginning about the exact charger I needed installed. I showed the estimator the box and confirmed that their quote covered installing and integrating the smart charger. Some people might call this a bait-and-switch, but I don't think that's what happened. I think they either misunderstood the charger when quoting or were just moving too fast. An honest mistake. But the "solution" was to charge me $165 more for something that took them less than fifteen minutes. They had an opportunity to either (A) complete the scope they quoted, or (B) at least try to work with me on the added fee. Instead, I got a shrug and a "take it or leave it."

Called several places, no one could come for 4 days. Daytime highs were in the 95 range. Left a message with Joe, he called back within 30 minutes. Was finishing up another Job in Windsor. Came to my place next (in Erie), saw what needed replacing. He went to Lowes down the street, came back and replaced the main AC breaker with an up to code GCFI breaker, and replaced the AC Breaker box with a disconnect as a breaker there is really not needed. Very reasonable price. Fixed within 2 hours of call. Joe was very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend!

I like that they track and document every service provided with photographs and that if they can send the same technician each time, they do so that person has a good memory of your situation with your home. They have always been prompt at returning calls and helping me figure out what I need. Even if their prices might be a wee bit high here and there, the peace of mind to know that we are being taken care of is worth it to me. I like knowing they have our house history, they have established a relationship with me over the years and I know that when they offer me options its not to just get all they can - there is a purposeful reason.
