First, in 2022, despite telling them NOT to cut down the flowers (so they can RESEED themselves in order to remain in the garden) they CUT down EVERY SINGLE FLOWER HEAD. THOUSANDS of seeds - gone! As a result, Justin offered my grandmother only a small discount on spring service. Despite him promising my grandmother that Belter Landscaping would not touch the flowers and not cut them down ( again since they are biennial self-seeders that rely on reseeding in order to remain each year...) he BROKE that promise and allowed them to once again, cut EVERY SINGLE FLOWER DOWN! So many years were shed. My grandmother is in her 90d and now won't know if these flowers will ever return. Thousands of seeds tossed away after she told them not to cut them and even worse? He promised her he would not do it and allowed this to happen again - to my 92 yr old grandmother who has been a dedicated client. The broken trust is unbelievable.
