When I had the wheel picked up he told me I'm SOL and he was going to just hold my wheel. Then decided to be disrespectful and then go ahead and then tell me strait up that the parts they damaged were just missing upon delivery and then continued to be very disrespectful and was unwilling to hear out the concern of his returning customer. As a returning customer I was excited to pick up my parts from Anthony but come to find out they just screwed me over and left it at that. No apology just threats to keep my wheel. I do not recommend unless you're okay with being treated poorly.

Not consistent with following up and communication. Did not repair my vehicle correctly. Took…read morevehicle home, after they worked on it and drove it. The bumper (which they worked on) started to come apart, within a week! I bought vehicle back and was told they would look at and fix it with no charge. No charge? They should have fixed it without another charge, no questions asked! They said they worked on another part of the vehicle (key fob error), but it was not done. Their office hour says closed at 5:30 and when I went to pick up my car just a few minutes before 5:00 PM ,their office was already closed with the clerk in his car with my keys, waiting to go home. Not acceptable they should either change their office hours or wait until all customers have been notified of an early closing.
