I have a 2019 Tacoma Off Road and Carlos D. over at Go Big helped me solve suspension and tire rubbing problems I started to have and was offering solutions that suits my set up and driving needs. I worked with Carlos throughout this whole process and I'm glad I did because he knows his stuff and the details when it comes to suspension systems. His customer service work ethics are 10/10. I needed a rebuild of Icon 2.5 coilovers and some new all terrain tires. After the rebuild, the shock itself started leaking and Carlos told me to bring it back asap so they can fix it at no charge and make it right. At that time I decided I needed some new tires and they set me up with the new Falken AT4s. After the installation of new tires, alignment, and rebuilt shocks, i started having tire rubbing issues from the increased tire size. Carlos offered a re-alignment to increase the caster even more from what it was originally set at to try and minimize the rubbing at no charge. The alignment was done and the rubbing came back when driving on certain roads so Carlos said to come back again. At this time, he offered to realign again at no charge, but also recommended a cab mount chop to alleviate the problem for my suspension system and tire size specifications. I decided to take his recommendation and went with the chop. I'm glad I decided to go with the chop because it made the most sense and they did a great job with the welds and paint job. I appreciate Go Big's work and shout out to Carlos for his dedication to making the job done right and offering solutions when things don't always go as planned. I wanted to like this place as I got a few different recommendations from fellow farmers who have used them in the past. I will say that those recommendations were from people that know nothing about trucks. First, this place screams SCAM ALERT. They want you to prepay for labor just to book an appointment. And won't even give you a date. They say it's "company policy". Guy has one shop and a huge ego. Then the vehicle I wanted lifted was a jeep gladiator. They want to charge $150 for alignment on a solid axel. An HONEST shop would give you the caster angles and set toe. They spelled toe wrong too. But they want to pretend they are doing much more than they are. Also the guy has been doing this for 16 years so he says, but he's never heard of an AEV lift on a jeep. And the kicker, when I called over the phone and sent a message on Facebook I was told two different prices. $750 for labor and alignment and $850 for labor and alignment. They are just making stuff up and overcharging people. This place is just another run of the mill shop looking to rip people off. Stay away and save your money read more

Wow, it's not often that I find a business that's run like mine, professional, with excellent work, and great customer service, and I found that at Go Big Truck Performance! I had originally found them on Yelp looking for someone to install a chip in my 2002 Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel, and spoke to the owner Tiger. He explained all the options in detail, with no pressure, and sent me a bid for the installation whether I got the chip from them or bought my own. As it turned out, I am somewhat of a mechanic and ended up installing it myself, but I definitely would have had them install it had I not done it myself. However, I had them install suspension air bags on my Excursion because it was a bigger job than I wanted to do. They obviously have a good reputation because they had to schedule me weeks in advance. I had the air bags, which were the ones they had recommended, and I was quoted 3.5 hours labor, which was very reasonable. As expected, their work was excellent, and they were very courteous (as always), and professional. System worked great, but I didn't like where the filler valve was installed. But, it was installed there because of the location of my backup camera, and large fuel tank, are located in the spot where they usually place the filler valve. I ask them if they could move it, and they set up another appointment within a few days. It took them less than a half hour to move the filler valve to a better spot. All was done with courtesy, and no charge. I am so happy that I found Go Big Truck Performance because it's not often you find such a great business that really cares about their work, and customers! I am now thinking of installing an EGT gauge, which I had planned to do myself, but now will more than likely have them do it because I know it will be done right, and by honest people that care about their customers! read more

Called these guys in the morning to get a squeaking noise checked out on my truck and get the suspension assessed and Steve gave me some pointers on what it could be. He had originally told me they were booked until October but was able to squeeze it in that same day and take a look. He worked his magic and the squeaking is now gone; as for the suspension I haven't had the chance to drive it after he worked on it but I'm sure he took care of the issue. Best part is, he had the truck ready that same day and he didn't even charge me! They will definitely be my shop when I need suspension upgrades or my shocks rebuilt. Tiger and his team took my 2014 F150 and installed a BDS 4" Coilover Suspension System with Total Chaos UCAs, all sitting on 35X12.5R18 Toyo M/Ts. BDS gave Tiger some bad gouge regarding the coilover fitment on my truck, long story short, Tiger made it right and got the job done. Looking at the install, the cuts in the frame are clean, deburred, and nicely painted. The weld in gusset has clean beads, no spatter, and is, again, nicely painted. I did my best to shake things loose on the Mesquite and Goler Canyon Trails, but everything was solid when I came back for the re-torque. I was in a huge bind driving from the mountains near Big Bear to see my grandma in the hospital in Santa Barbara. My truck suspension was acting funny with a weird bounce and a bad thumping noise. My Ford Ranger had just been lifted, with new shocks, leveling kit and rims and tires. It turns out the guy who put my new shocks on installed the wrong size. They weren't long enough and one of the shocks came right off. I was far from home and didn't have any way of getting new shocks or anything like that. I stopped here based off of a recommendation from one of the shops I called. Not only did they have me come in, but they found out the shocks were the wrong size. They found the part I needed and even drove me to a car rental place so I could make it safely to the hospital to see my grandma. I was so blessed to have stopped here and have these amazing folks take care of my truck when I was in a huge bind. Went there looking to get some replacement bushings for my BDS lift on my Jeep based on what I was told at another shop....Tiger took the time to drive my Jeep to hear the noise, and suggested to bring it in the following week to check it out. He paused for a minute, then had me drive slowly back and fourth while he watched the suspension and said "looks like your upper control arms are loose, pull this off, tighten the bolts and if that doesn't work, come back next week" Well i did what he suggested and that was it! Problem solved. he could have easily booked an appointment, done the same thing the following week and charged me parts/labor to fix a problem that wasn't there.
