We were unable to find any documentation or titles on. John made 3 trips with his tow truck to pull each one out from side of house to take them to the yard. I highly recommend him. Im super bummed right now. I had a car that I wanted to sell to these guys to junk. They ask for the paperwork and so I gave them my paperwork. They never told me how much they were will to pay for it but I figured they wanted to see the car first. So I scheduled a time for them to pick up my car from an auto shop. They went and picked the car and I didn't hear anything from them. I called to ask what they were gonna offer and they said that they have the car and all the paperwork and they won't give me anything for it. I'm extremely upset because I had another place that was willing give me money for. They practically stole this car and I'm very disappointe. read more

I called this place after calling the Ford dealer for looking for a driver side mirror. The dealer wanted $220 for a new mirror. This place wanted $265 and when I told home the price of the dealership he alighted and said that was for the mirror part only, not complete mirror. Shady people. read more

These guys sold my elderly mother a broken air cleaner for $125. They would NOT give her a refund.I glued her original air box together because the one they gave her had a 4 inch hole on it. I could have purchased brand new for the same price if I could have waited. They gave her some crappy store credit which is useless because they broker parts from elsewhere, and the credit is only good for "in store " parts which is next to nothing...catch 22! They didn't have the year I needed so I asked for a different year and I asked if I could please see a picture before I headed over since it's a 30 mins drive to see if I could make it work. The sellers response, "no not really." Dude, were in 2019 we have cell phones, emails. What was worst of it was his lazy tone of voice. They sold me an original cd head unit with the promise that if it didn't work I could return it. It was installed and the radio worked fine but the cd player kept reading all sorts of errors and wouldn't play anything all the way through. (I did take it to the dealership, no solution) I paid two times more than a "new" head unit would have cost then (300) and I didn't get what I wanted (a working original head unit) It was three years ago, but I found the receipt again and the same old feelings came up. BEWARE!! I cannot describe the extent of how rude and unprofessional this business is. I bought two door handles with no issue, although $120 for salvage is a little high. The passenger side ended up being for a different model that would not work on my car. I called the day before I went back to describe the issue, they said they had plenty of handles. When I showed the next day, I was tossed from one guy to the next having to re-explain the entire problem each time. After an hour I finally had a guy understand the problem and assure me he would find the right part. He also informed me that their computer system cannot tell a 325i from a 325is. (are you kidding??) He said he would pull the part and call me. An hour and a half later I get a call from the owner accusing me of damaging the original part, telling me that I could come pick it up and leave because they were going to do nothing for me. He was extremely rude and was acting as if he was infuriated by the situation. I drove back, walked in and no one would speak to me. I said where's the guy that was helping me? The guy I spent all morning explaining the issue to. One guy behind the counter simply said that's the boss, pointing at a gentlemen on the phone, ignoring me. The hilarious thing is, while I stood there he was giving another customer the same crappy treatment he had just given me, making excuses about their parts and telling the customer HIS CAR must be the problem, not their part. He practically threw my handle I had come back with at me and ran back to his office to hide. I stood there for a while when the guy that originally attempted to help came back and told me they didn't have another one. Ah ha! I said, he's being rude to me to cover the fact that you guys wasted my entire day with this crap. I yelled back that if John, the owner, ever called me like that again, I would break him in half. He appeared, finally ready to fight. After an uneventful confrontation he finally realized that I never asked for an exchange or a refund, which apparently is what he was so defensive about. I was there from 11am - 2pm in the afternoon and I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life. When he realized I hadn't asked for an exchange he apologized and said the whole thing was his fault. What a croc! read more

They knew exactly what I was talking about they gave me the option of waiting for my part or to come back and that they would take out. I choose to come back at a later time they promised it would be ready at 4 and I went a little early hoping it would be ready and pulled out and guess what?? The very moment I arrived at this rat hole I was greeted by a d*ck of clerk who not only had a half smoked cheap cigarette, but the man harnessed the judgement of Satan when he charged me $50 for minor seat belt mechanism which is worth less than half of that God awful price. I have used Tri-County twice. Once I needed hard to find leather seats for a 2014 VW Tiguan and they had them within a week at a very reasonable rate. My wife went in there to get the plastic cover for the rear drivers license light. Should have cost $5.00. They charged her $25.00 and did not give her a receipt. I would have taken it back and asked for a refund of $20.00.Total ripoff. They would not have taken advantage of her like that if she was a man. read more
