I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they'd have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn't A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don't know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that's been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.

I came in & told him exactly what happened, & he was able to test my battery & confirmed that it failed the test (d'oh!) & needed to be replaced. Together we were able to choose the right one to fit the needs of my car & my budget. Abdul also installed it for me without a hitch. I came in for some headlights and I asked about their warranty & replacements for headlights. They advised me that I was able to get one replacement but most likely I had blown fuse or electrical was bad. Check the fuses and electrical and they all working condition. The light bulbs sold at oreily are cheaply manufactured and only last 3 months. I switched over to LED and haven't had any problems.

I called Chuy today late evening because my mother's battery died a day after AAA came out and jump started it...well that did nt seem to work. Chuy has a real personal touch on how he conducts his business, he is knowledgeable, upbeat and goes well above any expectations. He said that he could come out the very next morning, and I was very happy with that, but literally no more than 5 minutes later he calls back and tells me that he will be in my area within 20- 30 minutes, that was simply incredible. The price he quotes is the price you pay, there are no high pressure upsales to worry about at all. Chuy also gives you a peace of mind by giving warranty's on different types of batteries. This is one business I will continue to use!
