Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! Chuy has a real personal touch on how he conducts his business, he is knowledgeable, upbeat and goes well above any expectations.
