Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! By the end of it, I had to pay with two cards and Craig kindly only charged me a total of $103.90, I had to give them a 5 star review! They absolutely live up to their reputation, kindness, efficiency and quickness! I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for great service and affordable batteries! Thanks again!!

The store closed in Iowa so they sent us to Omaha. There they tried to reject it because we didn't have a paper receipt but after verifying our receipt was only digital they said we neglected the battery because it wouid not hold a charge. So... if they can recharge it then it's fine and they don't replace it... if it doesn't hold a charge it's our fault? That is not a warranty. Do not buy from them. This is why they are going out of business everywhere.

Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where…read moremy truck wouldn't start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they'd have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn't A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don't know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that's been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.
