Zay wasn't there that day, but Jay took us in last minute, fixed everything up, and was super chill about it. He didn't even charge me, which honestly says so much about the type of people they are. I had plenty of hair for him to work with and he just blew it by drastically shortening the length. Which I love my hair long but with a clean look. If they're not familiar with a certain haircut/hair styles; they don't have to force themselves to work with it or at least I could try waiting for someone with more experience with hair styles. There was hair everywhere, even at the entry as we walked in, and guys sitting in barber chairs waiting for customers but not cleaning anything. The customer service is nonexistent and it's so unprofessional. Like some guys turned their garage into a barber shop vs a reputable business. There was music blasting and two tvs blasting in a small space, so unpleasant. Definitely would not recommend.
