And then my alternative did not go through. In other words, I was not booked for any appointment, and I was in serious need because of an upcoming wedding. They were pretty sparse prior to coming to her but now they are so much fuller and more symmetrical than ever. They have never looked better! I live in Northern OC and I drove all the way down to Irvine to get my brows done. I normally go to the original ABH in Beverly Hills but I wanted to go to a salon that was closer to me. I had an appointment at 4, and I booked it on the ABH website. I show up and no one is at the ABH counter. One of the Nordstrom employees let me know the one chick that was coming it had called out and didn't notify any of their clients. I did not expect that from ABH. Let me begin by saying I have thick Persian girl eyebrows that grow back overnight and they take a lot of work to make perfect. Roxanne has been the only person to take the time to listen to how I want my eyebrows done, listen to how sensitive my skin is and the precautions that need to be take, and actually care that I am happy with my end results. I love thick brows, so I started growing mine. Castor oil, biotin and all the serums you can think of so my brows will be growing thicker and fuller. After 6 months I started to fill that this is time to see professional to give me some shape and clean my eyebrows but still keep my natural shape. Start looking over yelp and got into Anastasia's. I came in for the first time at Anastasia and saw Krystal. She was really nice and explained exactly every step she was doing. Lucky for me Tatiana was my beautician. She walked me through every single step and even gave me a mirror to let me watch everything she was doing (except the waxing part so the mirror doesn't get in her way). I told her i wanted my eyebrows a bit fuller, and longer. After mapping them she told me that for 'perfect eyebrows' they should be a bit longer, and getting them thicker wouldn't be an issue since the hair was already growing.
