I really do not wish to write this, but I believe in holding companies accountable. Everything I am stating is 100% true... I called Anaya Tile to check pricing on a specific tile my wife wanted. Anaya tile was 25 cents a sf cheaper then 3 other tile companies I called. Josh was the salesman. He told me (in writing) there was a 3-4 week back order. I placed the order on August 28th 2018 and paid $2,000 deposit(50%). I checked in mid-Sept, to be told by Josh that the tile importer could not give him an exact date but should be ready for pick up by Sept 28th. Sept 28th came and went, with no update from Josh. It was ME, who had to constantly follow up to get updates. I was then told 100% able to pick up by Friday Oct 5th, by Josh and by the tile importer, Western Tile. The 5th came and went, with NO updates from Josh. It was ME, again, calling for updates. When i called Anya tile and asked for management, Renee answered the phone and acted like he COULDNT care less about me or my tile. He didnt offer me any discounts, any delivery service, or ANYTHING for the delay. They then both started dodging my calls. I then called a few other tile places to see if they could get this tile and exact dates. TWO tile companies knew exactly about the status of the container and BOTH tile companies said Oct 22nd for pick up. Josh continued to act like the tile container was "held up at port for inspections". I finally got the OK to pick up the tile(7,000 lbs of tile) on Oct 22nd. I asked about 5 more times if they offered any type of delivery, which they kept saying NO. So, i rented a truck to pick up. AND GUESS WHAT? THE WAREHOUSE GUY DROPPED THE PALLET OF TILE OFF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK, AND THE TILE SHATTERED EVERYWHERE! So wasted the rental fee on the truck, and disappointment on the broken tile. Magically, Anaya Tile took responsibility and said they would deliver to my house Oct 25th. I received the replacement tile Oct 25th, but wonder why they could deliver then but not when i first requested. Needless to say, I will never use Anaya Tile again, I have no idea why ANYONE would use them to be frank. They have ZERO customer service skills and really couldnt care less about your business. read more

I called Anaya tile store at 9:00am to obtain material and they didn't have it in stock. Adam the employee voiced, that the material would be ready for pick up in two days because the delivery truck was scheduled for the following day. I explained to Adam that I needed the material that same day by noon. Adam offered to personally drive to Orange County to pick it up and have it ready for pick up at noon, like I requested. He delivered what he promised. He was prompt and on time. Excellent customer service! I have dealt with many tile stores and this is the first store that has made that type of accommodation to provide quality customer service. We are remodeling our house and we were shopping for porcelain tile wood planks. We looked at all the major retailers as well as several mom and pops. We were referred to Anaya by our contractor. They have a vast selection of tile and anything related to tile and they are very knowledgeable about their products. We wanted to purchase tile that was on sale but when they went to go write the order they realized that they didn't have enough sq/ft to sell us. We were working with the owner and he asked us if we still liked the more expensive tile he showed us earlier, we said yes and he promptly sold us the more expensive tile for the same price as the tile they had on sale. friendly family-owned business, the first and last spot we visited on upland's tile row. easy parking, i really like the displays. as soon as we walked in we were drawn to one of the displays which, happily, had tile for sale! josh was really helpful but everyone there was friendly and helped us keep our 2 year old entertained with markers and papers to color with. they even have bathrooms that are clean and a big screen TV with the football game playing! minimal/no negotiating (they automatically discounted us for the tile), small discount for all-cash, no delivery available but would definitely come back here again! read more

It's fair people are aware they subcontract a vendor who is literally across the street from them and does not even have a CONTRACTORS LICENSE!!i After a terrible experience at "Izzy's granite" I was going to take my business here, Josh was great ! Everything sounded perfect until she told me their installer would contact me to set a appointment. I had to call anaya a few times before their installer contacted me ! It took them almost 2 weeks to call and set a appointment they canceled my appointment twice! Didn't even care I had taken the day off ! At first josh was following up then he began to dodge my calls when he finally took my call he just gave me the number to contact "their" installer ! Then to my BIG SURPRISE I called and I couldn't believe it ! It was the same voice I had heard a few days before. I recognized that heavy accent and misspoken English right away , it turned out to be my nightmare all over again! Apparently "THEIR" INSTALLER IS ALSO IZZYS GRANITE !!!! He was trying to sound nice as he didn't know it was me which was very annoying and fake. I did not tell him josh referred me I asked if he was their installer , He did make clear he is NOT ANAYAS INSTALLER his his own business. After this as I knew I would deal with the same nightmare I ran and I was going to pay more money, which I don't mind paying as long as I get a good job, and customer service , but after readying a few reviews I realized they were not going to provide Any if that for me. She went the extra mile to get the subway tile, floor tile and accent tile all delivered in one day so I could transport it to my job site in Ventura. During the design process of my master bathroom, I decided to check out Anaya when I was in search of a wood-like tile match to my dark bamboo wood floor. My intention was to have the wood-like tile in my shower appear as an extension of the wood floor in my bathroom. This concept alone was being met with much concern. After I explained what I wanted to Josh, I told him I had a sample of my wood floor and I would be right back with it. I walked back into the store carrying a large wood plank on my shoulder and Josh, thinking I was crazy, was more than happy to accommodate. I just bought about 800 sq of tile from Anaya Tile last week. I ended up having a change of plans with my renovation and only needed half that amount of tile. I called Josh to see if their was anything they could do even though it says right on their receit that they are no returns. On top of that the tile was special order which means it was out of their hands because it came from a different where house. But Josh said he didn't feel right telling me I was out of luck and about $600. So he and the rest of the friendly folks at Anaya Tile went above and beyond with their level of customer service and gave me store credit, which worked out perfect for me because I was looking to get granite counter tops, so that money just went towards that.
