I explained that I'd never had shellac done before and that I hadn't had, a manicure in a long time. They were very busy and yet they got me in super quickly. I asked the lady to choose which shape would be best for me and she was so excellent and chose something perfect. The process didn't take very long and at the end I have the fanciest nails. I'm conflicted as the original girl who was shaping my nails got bullied into servicing this lady who was upset because she couldn't make her appointment yesterday but wanted to get her nails done today. Go figure. So the front desk girl took over and she was inexperienced as hell. First she made my cuticles bleed by pulling waay too hard. Secondly, she painted my nails and there's so many bumps :( my nails aren't smooth at all. But she was trying so hard. She painted 3 coats on my nails and she was so sweet. I love my nails from a distance. But if you look close :( They also did offer me a free drink but after the bully lady came in, they didn't have anybody on the floor to bring drinks from next door. Definitely be back, making sure I get the first girl though. Shellac, 3 coats, $30.
