I ended up hurting my lower back through work and wasn't able to do any heavy lifting. Kirk offers MLT (manual ligament therapy) which helped tremendously with my sprained ligament. Fast forward to 2022 later, I have not seen Kirk for almost 6 years. I am 8 months pregnant, live in another state, and have sciatica nerve pain in my lower back. I called him out of the blue because I didn't know what I could do in terms of stretching and rolling out safely with me being super prego. Even from half the country away, Kirk has guided me with different roll out techniques and stretches to help alleviate the pain. 10/10 would highly recommend if you're looking for an awesome trainer/life long friend!!!

I had weight loss…read moresurgery in 2018 (120lbs gone!) and we are working on muscle shaping for skin removal surgery . Regular trainers just work you hard and want to see you barely able to walk or move. Kirk is different every move VERY is intentional and focused. I've witnessed other trainers literally give the same work out to a person after and before me. How is that Personal Training?!? Don't get me wrong I'm hurting after working with Kirk but it's MY workout not a "one fits all" session.

But the body contains more than running muscles, and the exercises to strengthen and maintain the core, shoulders, and back need to be learned and practiced. Ana is a certified trainer who is very good at assessments, and at designing plans addressed to my particular weaknesses. She also provides good advice on food choices, amounts, and times and I have prospered by following her advice. I happen to be a 62 year old male who by following Ana's training and eating instructions has dropped from 195 lb down to 165 lbs. I am extremely pleased by this, and believe me, racing and living at 165 lbs is much easier than at 195 lbs. I love collaborating with Ray because he is very, VERY knowledgeable. He can breakdown your workouts into simple formats and he can explain things into science when necessary. Our communication was amazing! When I have an injury, I say it. And the moment I say it, he immediately knows what to do and he shifts gears to work around it. I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions.
