The ladies (especially Ebony) at the front desk are friendly, efficient, and are willing to work with a client if there's an issue, as long as it's quickly resolved (I forgot my wallet on my first visit). As I come from afar, it's appreciated when the staff is able to work with me if the traffic is horrible (beyond my control, although I give myself 1.5 hrs to commute from south of Olympia, normally 45 min. drive). A++ The therapy technologists are always ready to help, know exactly which exercises to do, how to smoothly transition from one to the next, making it an easier process, and creates a routine for patients to follow- kind of like learning a choreography. My therapist Lani has been invaluable: immediately immersing me in the scientific knowledge regarding my condition, ecstatically answering my many minute detailed questions, and giving me as much detailed information as my brain could absorb (she's passionate about sharing info). This valuably deepened my time, investment, & working with her has been a life changing experience for the better, as I'm able to understand my condition, limits, & how to overcome them in healthy & productive ways vs. continuing to damage & push thru pain. She is VERY GOOD at making hand braces & ensuring they fit right. I had a major plumbing issue a few days after receiving them, and after 3 days of shoveling, my hands & wrists were irritated, but not thoroughly trashed due to the braces' protection & the exercises I had been doing to strengthen my fingers. The next day my hands recovered after a heated tens session, exercises, and adhesion scraping Lani did after carefully evaluating the damage. Overall, I 100% recommend SSPT & IRG to anyone who may need the services they offer. It was definitely worth my time commuting the 1.5 hrs thru bad traffic to get there. I was having sciatica pain going down my left leg that made it difficult for me to sleep. After a month of treatment, I was 100 percent better. They were knowledgeable and kind. They explained things thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They listened to my symptoms and even changed their treatment as my symptoms changed. I never felt like a number to them. The questions were about to take 30 minutes when I asked why we were doing it again. She Said she had to get it into the computer. I asked why she couldn't just type it from what I wrote and she said that this way was quicker (for who?). After all that, the supposed chiropractor came in. First thing I felt was used car salesman. I worked with them for years, and this guy reeked of it. He proceeded to talk some word salad, came over, had me turn my neck to the left, then the right and then he pushed down on my neck and it has hurt worse ever since. The appointment was running obviously long, I've never been at an appointment where I sat there for an hour and a half and it wasn't even halfway done. I had an appointment afterwards, and my phone was dead. I asked them if I could either charge up my phone or if I could use their phone to reschedule my appointment. They refused. It gets better. Then they lied to labor and industries and told them that I was hostile and walked out in the middle of the appointment. I was never hostile. I asked for something and they refused and I told them what would have to happen if they didn't let me charge my phone or make a phone call. They weren't nice. They weren't accommodating. And they are liars. This is what I call a shill for labor and industries. Don't go here. Don't let your doctor send you here. They will not take care of you, and there's a chance you will waste your time And have them lie about you on medical records. Human garbage. He needs to read his oath again. He should be stripped of his title.

They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go. I'm starting with a different Chiropractor and will never allow a chiropractor to work on anything but my neck and back. It truly saddens me to write/post any negativity on any type of business.
