Eldridge truly made the experience easy and simplified. His knowledge of the product further solidified our choice of Puragain as our purification system. Since installing the system in our home, our water is incredible, and we haven't had any issues. We even get text messages during freezes to ensure we take the proper precautions, and the communication is seamless. I trust Puragain to be there should any issues arise. It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking.
