I was very pleased to find Legacy Plumbing who clearly had the best reviews for plumbing services in the Dallas area. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. We started smelling a sewer gas odor and knew we needed to call a plumber to reseat the toilet. I…read morecalled and left a message and received a return call within two hours. I requested an appointment for Friday, which was 4 days out but that timing worked best for us. Two plumbers arrived right on schedule and promptly removed the toilet, carefully placing it down on a blanket within the bathtub while they prepped the area to re-install it. The job was completed in no time and we were charged $250, which I believe to be a fair rate. I was told that rates can vary depending upon if the job requires one or two plumbers. This was definitely a two man job. We also had Dried Piper out in March of 2015. They responded to my call and replaced my hot water heater for $1,000 on a Sunday! Now I know they are typically closed on the weekend but we really appreciated their timely response at that time. I feel that price was also fair back then, 8 years ago. I would definitely use Dried Piper anytime I have future plumbing needs.

Originally needed them for tankless water heater descaling and valve repair. Then used them also for a leak in the slab that was a much bigger job. They kept the house clean, picked up after themselves, wore gloves (big deal IMO), and were there when they said they would, and did not tarry about. I've used various plumbers for remodels and would not hesitate to use Koen again based on the service I've recently received. I also found the pricing estimates given to be within reason and fair. Highly suggest to ask for Salvador, Mario or Angel when you call.
