Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many people. However, Lisette & Josie stands out as people who never wavered to their commitment and service to their vendors, homeowners and Boards. I have admired her strong work ethic and personal integrity. With being part of TCM for over 20 years now they have always made time for us, returned our calls, answers our emails and together we have found solutions no matter what we are up against. Employees like them make my work more rewarding and enjoyable knowing that we are always working as a team with one common goal. Thank you for having such great employees and we are looking forward to many more years of association with Lisette, Josie and TCM.

    I have reported a serious door issue in my apartment building since August. The door does not close…read moreor seal properly and presents security, heating, and fire safety concerns. Management installed a temporary lock in August that did not fix the problem and, nearly six months later, no permanent repair or replacement has been completed. I followed up multiple times, including a formal written notice citing applicable safety and habitability requirements. Despite acknowledgments, no timeline or resolution has been provided. The issue has been consistently redirected rather than addressed. This experience reflects poor follow-through and a lack of effective property management. I would not recommend based on responsiveness or attention to tenant safety.

    My Co-op in Huntington Village was hard hit by Hurricane Isaias…read more We had 3 giant trees come down in the storm: 1 wrecked our new fence and crushed our new patio set, a second tree from the other side of our fence crashed into a third tree in our courtyard and both giants smashed into our building, causing a hole in our roof while both hung dangerously above our walkway and building entrance, threatening further damage and posing a major safety hazard. The NEXT DAY @ 9am!!! our property manager, Ronni Osman, showed up with a 4-man crew to remove the trees from the building and spent the entire day working to remove the debris -- all while our region struggled with major damage to roadways and power lines. Even though we only signed with them 1 year ago and nobody even hoped to get anyone to come to do tree work in the aftermath of this regional devastation, Ronni Osman of Einsidler Management saw the extent of our damage and put us at the top of the list to get us help. (We're a small property [only 26 units] & they manage over a hundred properties.) The crew returned again over the next several days and completely repaired the roof (it looks better than new!), cleared the remaining debris and made repairs to our fence. The transition to Einsidler from our previous management company of over 20 years met with considerable opposition from some residents, but after this even the die-hards have been converted (the leader of this "opposition faction" even spent hours sitting with our Property Manager during the repairs and heaped the highest accolades on Ronni, Einsidler Mgt. and the crew)! When we needed help, esp. with something big, Einsidler was there for us!!!

I was only brought to her yelp account because we have other business dealings...and I saw her very poor yelp reviews stating how rude she is in 6 of her yelp reviews and I had began to see that for myself. After reading that she was not only rude to me but rude to so many other people in her business, I have decided not to use her company and I would suggest you look at her reviews before you decide to choose her business. There are so many other businesses like hers that have perfect reviews and I will be moving into one of them with my downsizing on Long Island. Thank God I saw her reviews before I actually became one of her clients.

You will instantly change your mind and see for yourself not to deal with them. She is the most unprofessional, nasty, and horrible person. She has no empathy at all. It is obvious that she hates what she does and hates life in general. There are many other better services out there where the owners are professional and make you feel comfortable. If you talk with the tenants, as we did, you will hear how unhappy they are in dealing with her. This is the wrong business for her to be in, but I can't even think of any business that her rude personality would be a fit for.

It is clear that they are more focused on deflecting responsibility than actually providing solutions. After I made them aware of an issue in the building they immediately dismissed me, in a very condescending way, instead of addressing the issue meaningfully. They come across as a lot of talk but no action, showing little interest in the properties they manage. From my experience, they do the bare minimum required--just enough to save money and increase their own profit--without any real investment in quality or care for tenants and property owners. Be careful if you're considering working with TRC Management. I would strongly recommend seeking a different property management company.

Brian Topper…read morecharged me fines that are not contracted in my proprietary lease agreement (breach), for a "washing machine" that he and his staff did not see. He didn't even ask to see it before charging the fines. He failed to write that his staff had invaded my peace to find the "machine" that I was fined thousands for. They didn't see it any where, so now he claims I'm hiding a "huge washer dyer". "Difficult to gain access?" Brian Topper meant to write that TRC makes a "leak is good reason to evict people" impossible to repair. All management companies that I been with, before TRC, found the problems and help fix it on the same day. I allowed his staff into my apartment on 4 occasions. So the other 2 times, I had a death in the family and a medical appointment. TRC actually stated that my situations were "refusals to cooperate". Why does TRC need so many visits to fix one leak? TRC says nothing and takes pictures. TRC refuses to repair the "leak" for 3 years. "Mr. Strong objects to enforcing the house rules that apply to him and is often quick to anger."- Brian Topper meant to write that I, "Mr. Strong", objects to adding house rules that targets individuals for vendettas, that was literally verbalize. I think the lawyer forgot that I sent an email about the subject of Board's power for vendettas, and that owners have rights to object and voice opinions. Maybe Mr. Topper should be honest and say "some people shouldn't have rights." TRC says the pictures that I posted came from seeping water but doesn't need repair. Would you be anger if you pay your bills and you're refused repairs? TRC thinks it's funny to harass people. TRC has no respect for the by laws or the proprietary lease agreement in my coop. The staff stuff is a horror and they withheld video evidence from me that would had people charged with crimes. If you have TRC, read all your contracts and find a good lawyer. The weapon is "breach of quiet enjoyment".
