So glad we were able to get some fresh air and much needed sun. The staff is great friendly and some of the nicest folks ever. Originally we were just going to rent a Kayak for only an hour but we were recommended to do 90 minutes, Glad we did the 90 minutes. It was just the perfect amount of time to be on the lake take our time to paddle out at a leisurely pace without feeling too rushed or being out too long. Looking forward to coming back It's so nice being out on the water.

All revenue comes from program and pass sales as well as the generosity of our private donors and supporters. For Pass Holders we offer sailing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), kayaking and rowing activities out of Blythe Landing Park. LNCS operates with paid and volunteer staff and we have a fleet of more than 70 boats. The sailing fleet includes Flying Scots, 420's, Sunfish and Optis. The rowing fleet has four recreational shells, configurable as singles or doubles, and we have a growing fleet of SUPs and kayaks. We also teach sailing classes for youth and adults. Our mission at LNCS is to provide affordable, accessible, and safe sailing and waterfront opportunities on Lake Norman for adults and youth.
