I like a firm pressure to get all the knots out from my upper/lower back, especially working long 12 hour shifts on my feet. Other places that perform prenatal massages are too scared to apply pressure. I got the Blissful Mama Massage as a Mother's Day gift. I am so happy with Alison. She listened to all my needs and listened to what my body needed as far as back relief. I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was exactly what my body needed.
