I'm so happy to have found this studio. I was nervous about starting my fitness journey as a sedentary person and thought yoga would be a good start. Honey Yoga helped me feel comfortable in my practice and in my body. All the instructors here are kind and knowledgeable. They try to get to know you beyond just being another student in class. They really emphasize an inclusive, nonjudgmental space. It's also very clean and no mirrors (if this is a concern). If you're thinking about trying yoga, this is the place to go. First off, Honey Yoga is an excellent studio to practice no matter where you are in your yoga practice. Whenever I come to class I feel both challenged and empowered. I was going through some things one time and basically stayed in child's pose and cried the whole time. I really appreciated how safe I felt doing what I needed to do to take care of myself in that moment. Even though I'm not always super energetic at the beginning of class, by the end of the warm up I'm super jazzed and ready to try anything All the instructors are super knowledgeable and approachable. Honey Yoga is my favorite kind of yoga studio. No mirrors, indoor plants, lots of natural light, *immaculate* vibes, wonderful teachers, and some of the most amazing, juicy, energizing, and invigorating (yet also restorative) yoga classes I've ever experienced. I love the variety of classes: including flow vinyasa style, restorative/yin, and my favorite, candlelit Hi-Lo! I struggled to find a yoga studio near my house that felt authentic- until I found Honey! I have the unlimited monthly membership (which is super affordable- btw!) and come to class at least 5x per week. The environment is very welcoming and non-judgmental. Just something to be aware of is the parking situation- street parking only. I usually arrive a little early to make sure I have time if I need to walk a few minutes to studio. 10/10 would recommend for everyone of any gender, experience level, or age! :) read more

Sweet new Yoga spot! It's super cute and across from a fruteria. It has one general room or space for yoga and they have a bathroom. The owners are super sweet. The instructors are great, my personal favorite is Heather. She has a dance flow on Thursday nights at 7 which is super fun. They post their yoga schedule online and on their app. They have a promotional 30 days for $30 dollars right now and the membership for unlimited yoga for a month is $85. No minimum amount of months required. Great deal! There is no private parking lot but lots of street parking! They sell merch too if you wanted to get any gear or forgot a shirt and need to buy one. I have never gone to any yoga classes before so when I saw this studio on my way home, I was eager to try it! I got the 30 Days for $30 and it was great! Signing up for classes was super easy through the app. Despite being a super beginner, I never felt out of place. All the classes I took with Bridget were amazing and I would recommend her classes to anyone. Whenever my daughter and I travel we find yoga studios where we can practice and share our love for yoga with fellow yogis. This particular studio has a natural vibe of love and gratitude as Jomally so eloquently put it "thank yourself for coming to class today, for taking time to become a better person, and through that act to better to the world, that is the most selfless act." I signed up for the 6am class with Amanda via the MindBody Android app...5 mins before the class started haha...and bought the new client $30 for 30 package so I can be unlimited this month and try all the classes. Amanda's Honey 60 class was just what the Dr. ordered! I was on the island of Hawaii last week and hiked Waipio Valley's massively steep grade...my hamstrings have hated me ever since...until this morning! The studio is so cute! They have all the "extras" you'd expect of a boutique yoga studio: Blocks, Blankets, Cushions, Aromatherapy, straps, dim lighting, even lavender scented eye masks and an Aloe Vera plant. The studio is easy to find, and highly inviting. The website has great personality. And, I love their logo and brand...It's adorable, professional, and relatable. Amanda's class was so great! She's an incredibly talented instructor. She gently corrected my form (with my permission), where needed, added the right pressure to intensify the stretches, where appropriate, and even closed with a light, relaxing head massage during Shavasana. I had done yoga classes maybe a dozen times prior to joining, but after just two Honey Yoga classes my poses have exponentially improved. Bridget and Olivia are first and foremost, friendly and welcoming people, but also incredible educators. They're great at explaining the details of each pose, to ensure you grasp the concept and consistently use the best possible form. It's obvious they want their members to get the most out of each experience. I really enjoy the class composition as well. Starting off with meditation, warm up poses, a string of poses with a quick pace (maybe there's yoga lingo for this?), poses based on your personal needs and skill levels, concluded with the ever-delightful savasana (love their scented eye pillows!). I purchased a package and went to all 6 am classes so my review is based only on the early morning classes. Every class I've gone to had a max of 5 students which was really nice because the instructor was able to help us all with minor adjustments, as needed. I felt amazing after each class and I liked that the flow was different each time (I like to mix it up so I don't get bored). Everything you need is provided (mats, props). Bonus: aromatherapy at the end of each class! Parking was pretty easy to find at that time but plan to arrive a little early just in case. read more

I've taken 6am classes, afternoon weekday classes, and weekend classes. I think I have a pretty well rounded idea of all that Honey Yoga has to offer. They offer a cute & clean studio in an area near my house. The community is kind and welcoming, both instructors and students. I'm so happy I started my journey with yoga at this studio. Amazing! First of all the space is big and beautiful. Very personal experience. Went to prenatal yoga and really got my butt kicked but it was a great investment.
