I like a firm pressure to get all the knots out from my upper/lower back, especially working long 12 hour shifts on my feet. Had an incredible experience at Rebirth Massage! My husband booked me for the "Blissful" Package. It was about 80 minutes. Full body massage + extras (aromatherapy, hot stones, etc). I had such a wonderful experience that honestly halfway through I felt like I could cry because it was so beautiful with being pregnant. I was having back issues before (7 months pregnant) so this helped significantly as well. The space is so comfortable and serene from the moment you walked in. Very calming and really celebrated pregnancy in such a deep way. You could just feel the love during the entire experience! No pressure at all with the staff, just a serene moment. Desiree was my therapist. She was honestly one of the best massage therapists that I've ever had. She was firm but also relaxing and really listened to my needs. For someone like me who's been struggling with my back pain this was the perfect pressure to relieve that pain. Just like a really great balance of comfortable just also fixing my back. Def not the cheapest but 100% worth it. I'm planning to go once a month until our baby is here to alleviate that pain. I can't explain how special it was to have that time dedicated to me and baby. Hands down one of the best massages I've had in a while & Eri has the magic touch. The blissful mama package was divine, but I do think 80 minutes for $190 is quite high in comparison to the neighboring prenatal massages that do 90 minutes for a little less. There are also issues because of the location, the bathroom situation, & the timeframe (plus cost). 1. Let's start with the location, it could be clearer because there are two pathway entrances when you drive in & once you go into the wrong one, you have to make a U-turn out to the left entrance. I wasted 10 minutes making that U-turn & figuring out where the parking was. They do have a photo, which was how I figured out I turned into the wrong entrance, as a fence just blocked the parking garage. I would recommend maybe putting a visible sign somewhere to make it easier for guests to find. The lovely receptionist was able to come out & guide me, which was a huge help. 2. This plaza is one of those business buildings where the restroom is outside. There's a huge inconvenience when you're pregnant, getting a massage, & needing to waddle your way outside the facility into the restroom & then come back. It would be wise to have robes for customers so they can dress up & down more easily for restroom use, as this isn't something they can change so I would just find ways to make it easier for guests to use the restroom. 3. I think we spent 20 minutes of the 80 adjusting me, making sure I was in the right position. By the time I felt like we just started, it was over. The massage was phenomenal, however, I felt like there was room for improvement in the timing. Even if it was 90 minutes (like most massages) that would accommodate some of the lost time. Other than that, this was still one of the loveliest massages. I felt like some of those pesky knots were gone on my neck & shoulders! read more

Eri was my masseuse and did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and relaxed after the 50 min session. Disappointed by Inflexibility and Lack of Compassion I have been a loyal client of Rebirth for over 3 years, consistently booking appointments with Ery every three weeks throughout both of my pregnancies. During this time, I've accommodated numerous last-minute changes initiated by your team -- from shifting my appointment times by 30 minutes on multiple occasions to accepting an earlier mix-up with understanding. However, today on July 1st, I experienced intensified Braxton Hicks contractions and had to be admitted to Labor & Delivery unexpectedly. I was unable to cancel my appointment in advance due to this emergency. When I later called to explain the situation, I was told by the front desk assistant that I would still be charged a $50 no-show fee. I asked to speak with a manager, as I found it difficult to believe that a business centered around pregnancy wellness would rigidly enforce a cancellation fee during a genuine medical emergency. Unfortunately, the assistant continued to push back and shared incorrect information, which only added to my distress during an already difficult day. This experience left me feeling that while Rebirth expects flexibility from its clients, it is unwilling to show the same consideration in return. I am deeply disappointed. As I said on the phone, what you are stating is inaccurate given that I haven't cancelled any appointment within this year, you have waved my cancellation fee ONCE and that was also years ago - so please check your "notes". This has been quite an enlightening experience and your response confirms my decision to take my business elsewhere. All the best. read more

I was able to turn it into a couples massage so my husband could also enjoy some relaxation. The scheduling and forms prior to the massage were easy. I went in at 8 months pregnant and suffering from horrible sciatica and pelvic pain and I felt such relief after my prenatal massage. I booked the 1hr 20 min massage, with aromatherapy, hot stones. It was great. Now that I had my baby at 3 weeks pp almost 4 I went in for a blissful postnatal massage and still suffering from Sciatica and pelvic pain. Such a relief again , so relaxing and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family. The only feedback I have both times that I went the receptionist lacked customer service skills. The first time she barely acknowledged me when I was checking in and out. I saw the wall they have so many services and packages, which were not explained or offered to me. The second time (different receptionist) she was nicer when checking out but same no services explained, no recommendations made, not even a "how was your massage" . I had to ask her about a massage that caught my eye but even then she didn't ask "do you want to book it" nothing. Such wasted opportunities because I loved it here.
