The outside area seemed a little sketchy, however, when you enter... it felt very welcoming, clean, and authentic. We had our own room and the girls worked out all our knots. We asked for a deep tissue massage, and that's what we got. It was one of the best massages I ever had. The girls were thorough and attentive. My body and mind felt relaxed. This place is awesome. It's a house that has been converted into a comfortable and cozy place for massages. The hosts were incredibly friendly. The place is kept very neat and clean. Sheets and towels smell fresh. I was invited in with a fresh cup of green tea and got another cup of some on my way out. They let you fill a quick sheet to tell them of any areas of concern or special attention before the massage. There aren't any big forms to fill out or disclaimers to read, which is a plus! The bathroom is well kept, with personal hand towels that are discarded for washing after use. This added touch gives an indication to their dedication to luxury and sanitation. My healer was Dawn, who showed excellent skill and care in finding and attending to all the knots in my body, giving special attention to the stiff muscles in my neck and shoulders. She worked with extreme dedication, something I didn't expect given the reasonable price for the hour-long massage. Made me feel like a million bucks! I had the traditional Thai Massage, that includes mild yoga stretches. It was just what I needed. Another plus is that they are open 7-days a week and til 9pm on week days! This place was great! I got married last Saturday in Redlands and we were all staying at a nearby hotel. My maid of honor, one of my bridesmaids and I were looking for a massage location near our hotel that could accommodate all 3 of us. It was pretty last minute on a Friday, and after checking with a typical go to, massage envy, we found this place. Massage Envy was not able to fit us in. The reviews looked great, and we were not disappointed. I've had many massages over the years, this one was by far the best ! It was a great deal and I was able to relax the day before my big day. I haven't been to any other Thai massage parlors but this place is great. One of the ladies moved on to some other shop but the 2 girls (Noi I believe, and another I can't remember ) did a fantastic job. She remembers what to do (a cheat sheet they have you fill out before going back to the room) helps. They don't find the knot and simply rub and rub like a Chinese torture. Supporting the legs and arms rather than dropping them is a nice change of pace with smooth transitions from one spot to another. The house it is in has an antique charm to it with rooms having 2 futons in each. It's close to downtown Redlands and freeway access. The prices are good too. I was just in this place earlier today as a walk in. I got lucky to get a spot. I was planning to get a 1 1/2 hours massage. However, there is 1 hour spot available so I took it. I will highly recommend the place. It is very clean and the staff are friendly. I always get a massage myself somewhere else but never tried this place. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Although tough to get parking or to get someone to answer the phone, ancient Thai massage will have another returning customer. I found the whole experience to be very relaxing and satisfactory to what I was expecting. While there you won't find yourself waiting long if you have an appointment like I did. Typically when I get a massage, I am not given the full time I paid for, however at Thai ancient massage I was pleasantly surprised to see that I got a full hour in. It's good deep tissue massage. Their style of massage is like in Phuket we took some deep tissue massages there. but they did a soft massage which I asked for a strong one. I assume it was adjusted to American people who are not used with no mercy massage. It's still good. The workers are friendly. One is able to write in English.
