The manager argued with me and tried to shift blame instead of offering real assistance. At this point, I feel that I was sold a vehicle with pre-existing issues, and the lack of transparency and support after the sale has been extremely disappointing. The car is a 2016 KIA Sorento and it looks and runs great without any issues. My daughters car is a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and it runs and looks terrific. Both vehicles are affordable and they both have a 1 year warranty with them. The staff there is extremely helpful and they bend over backward to get you into a vehicle within your budget. By the way, I have terrible credit and it did not matter at all! You would be wasting time and money if you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle. Why not go where you win all the way around?
