She had reached out by video earlier in the week, When I spoke to her on the phone on Monday afternoon, she made sure that the lot number I was interested in was reserved and at the front of the lot when I got to the dealership. Not only that, when we were talking it was like she already knew me. When I came in the dealership I had never met her but I was walking behind her and I said "Jessica" she turned around with this huge smile on her face and said she normally wasn't in that building, but it must have been meant to be for us to meet. It is personalities like hers that do make the car buying process so much less painful Brian Rodgers provided perfect excellent customer service that he provided as my Product Specialist. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, what the terms were I was expecting and he assisted greatly ion the return of the rental vehicle that I was in when I arrived to the dealership. I appreciated his follow-up video on Tuesday. The way Brian is able to connect to his customer by interweaving pieces of his history into getting to know his customers is very unique. I have never dealt with a car sales person - Product Specialist that seemed to GENUINELY CARE about their customer. During my first sit down with Tony Pantoja on 7/27 he was extremely professional, courteous and he did his job the way that the finance process of the car buying process has been across every dealership I have had dealings with. When I met with Tony on 7/29 he was ready for us to take care of removing the items that could be removed from my contract and getting me down to the amount of financing that I truly anticipated and wanted to be at. We also knocked my car payment down CONSIDERABLY!!! Thank you for that and your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to make this customer feel important if only for a few minutes! During a conversation with Dillon Dixon, General Manager I was made to feel like I was being heard and understood.

Worked with David Baker and had extremely poor communication and expectations during the whole process. They entered my phone wrong AND failed to update it. My suv was there for multiple days even with me calling to check in and wound up being a simple battery replacement Now for today I called Friday to see if my battery was under warranty. Shame on me for not taking down the gentleman's name, but her advised the battery was still under warranty for another month. Kindly made me an appointment for today-Monday. I show up, and upon intake I get quoted $100 for battery diagnostic. Apparently since the battery was replaced under warranty it only had a limited warranty of 1yr and a certain amount of miles. I drove all the way across town just to turn right back around. Really should be careful of what y'all say over the phone so you set proper expectations Service department let me down yet again. Only thing I appreciated is that Jorge De Los Santos was transparent before the took my traverse back. Unlike David Baker three years ago.
