He said "Hi" back & immediately input our info. He asked for the keys & had us wait in the waiting area. I would say it took about 15 minutes for the eval & for us to come back to discuss the estimate/offer. I thought it was undervalued as I've been getting emails from Carfax almost monthly. I had even gotten my car washed but I guess they have some formula. Josh mentioned something having to do with tariffs being a factor but I didn't see the correlation since it isn't even a new car that needs to be shipped?? Anyhoo, they must have some formula. There were only maybe 3 other families there so it wasn't crowded. There were lots of cars in the lot, though. Once the vehicle is evaluated as they drive it off the parking spot, they drop it off in a designated "Express Pickup" spot. The location is right off I-10/Medical Center so hopping on I-10 onto 410 was convenient.
