HORRIBLE, SKETCHY, UNRELIABLE. I can't tell you how many texts I have from this dealership reaching out because I was checking out a vehicle for over a week & everytime they'd tell me to come in to get it, they'd never have it ready to drive & would make a new excuse about "inspections" "minor problems" etc. this happened every other day for a week straight. Over that period of time they had tried to convince me to buy other trucks they had even though I repeatedly told them no & showed absolutely no interest whatsoever. Finally came the most recent day I had enough & told them I don't even want to do business with them anymore cuz they clearly don't know what the fuck they're doing by trying to get me to sign random paperwork before l even drive, let alone SEE the vehicle. this place is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had with a car lot! they will LITERALLY LIE to get you in the door and then lie to you more! they will do every stereotypical used car tactic! i was speaking to them about a 2018 gmc sierra and they told me a very specific down payment with a monthly payment. i confirmed several times that that was accurate because i will be driving 2hrs one way to come see the truck. when i finally make it in they informed me that the truck had "sold that morning" even though i had texted 10min before my arrival to make sure the truck was still there and available. Worst place to get a vehicle. DO NOT BUY HERE. The cars they sell are lemons and don't work. They offer a limited warranty and have their own repair shop but they never fix it. I bought the end of Decemeber of 2023 and one week later it was in the shop and they had it for a month. Gave it back and it still has not worked. It's been in the shop for 5 times since then. So glad I read these reviews I was so sad leaving the car lot today got quoted 400/month for a 2017 Ford fusion last night went today and now it's $520 a month and 1800 down when yesterday it was 1500. So I had to walk away because she couldn't even keep her word from one day to the next. They would never give me specifications or details on the vehicle nor would they give me a price on the vehicle. They have yet to fill up my gas tank when I purchased THe car because they said they credit cards didn't work.I went a week later and now the guy whom had the card was at another car lot followed by a call from corporate saying their cards weren't working..lie after lie... plus they charged me 60 without permission for insurance??? I inquired about a car online. I went to go see it. He said that it was still available but it wasn't. I got there. Nobody was on the floor. Everybody was busy nobody came out. I had to go in maybe a couple of times to get help just to look at a car that wasn't even the car that I wanted to look at. Then the lady comes out she doesn't even come down all the way and I say hey I'm here I was talking to somebody on Facebook. He told me the car was still available and she told me the car was not available then proceeded to ask me how much money I had for a down payment right off the bat and I told her maybe 1000 and then she said for a Toyota you're going to need 3000 and how much are you looking to pay and I said 400 and she said impossible. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'm reading all these reviews and I wish I had seen them before we bought our vechicle.. Everything these reviews say about this company is true. They will cheat you on your payments. Even when you have all the dates when your bank shows your payments they still say you owe a payment. Customer service is a joke.. When you try to ask what month or date you missed the payment all they say is "it said right here" will is there a way you can look at the payment history and tell me the information.. They keep saying you missed a payment and it said right here... They also stole our seat covers front and back(browning) brand. My husbands glasses bifocals and rayban sun glasses.. Other stuff and like the previous guy they blammed it on the tow truck..and the tow truck blamed it on tri color's other site, so needless to say they all pointed fingers and no resolution. Customer service never helps and goes round and round in circles. They don't understand what your asking and don't help at all. All they give you is a headache. We are almost done paying I believe we still have one more year and can't wait to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I wish I could warn people about this company.
