Ok. I had to go down one star. The vehicle my uncle had got was nice and clean. It looked pretty damn good. Anyways, after taking all the cash he brought with him he took it home and let it sit and didn't drive it right away. When he tried to start it it did not. He had to jump it and then a bunch of lights came on. The dealership did accept the vehicle back as he do return it with. 72 hours and it was lemon at the time. Fixable probably but you shouldn't have to take a new vehicle straight to the shop when it appears to be in good running condition. He did get his money back so thanks to the dealership for caring about an old army vet but it took over a week for the check to clear the bank when elderly live on a budget that can be an issue. So they are nice. They have some good looking vehicles just make sure you know what you're buying and that it is in good running over all. Thankful they were not scum bags and took kindness on an older individual on a limited income. They may not have known what was up wit the vehicle at first but they do now. I'm sure they were able to get it going well to make a profit still. read more

As all of you Yelpers already know, I RARELY ever feel inclined to write 1 star reviews. With that being said, this place is TERRIBLE. I went with my girlfriend to buy a car here and they made the entire process one I'll never forget...in the worst possible way. Initially, the Hispanic woman who runs the show seemed to want to bend over backwards to get the sale but just as she wrapped everything up and made promises to do additional work to the car the next week, it all went downhill from there. First off, the plastic insert that is suppose to be directly below the radio/AC was missing and that took a couple/few weeks to get installed. Secondly, my girlfriend discovered weeks after the purchase that they did not supply the tirelock key which is needed to change your tires. In this case, she had a flat and had to get it towed b/c of this oversight on the dealership's part. When we asked the same salesman about getting one once we noticed, she said she gave it to us at the time of purchase which me and my g/f both know was a lie. She said she'd see what she could do and put us on the back burner. We called back several times over the course of weeks and months and we even had a hard time making an appointment on several occasions to finally hear her say "there was nothing she could do about it." Talk about bold faced lies and poor customer service. I know these guys market a lot on Craigslist and they seem to have competitive prices at times but believe me, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Go somewhere that treats their customers better and actually cares about you AFTER you've signed the dotted line as much as they did before you gave them your John Hancock. *BARF* read more

by far the worst place to buy a car ever bought a ford expedition from there and just a day after my spark plugs were totally messed up then a few weeks later my engine went out and they have absolutely ignored my calls i paid 5000$ for the car and i'm paying half of that to fix it i truly am thinking about taking them to court maybe i should maybe i should not idk but i do not recommend this to anyone it seems like this place is a scam with the worst customer service ever! read more

We just bought a Mazda Tribute there 4 weeks ago. We paid cash and bought a warranty supposedly that would cover us if anything went terribly wrong. As part of our purchase agreement Premier agreed to fix whatever was wrong with the check engine light which was on. They said they fixed the issue with the check engine light and we picked up the car. ON the way home, the light came back on. We drove back to Premier. They kept the car another week and again we got the car back supposedly fixed. The check engine light was off but then the oil light came on. They refused to fix it because we bought the car "as is" except for the check engine light. Long story short and $400. later...we took the car to IPAC Mazda and discovered the entire engine was bad. And guess what? of course there's no way to get our money back, the warranty is no good because it will only cover $500. and that would only be if we REPLACED the engine. We also figured out that Premier was most likely hiding the fact that the engine was bad by cleaning up the engine and painting around where there were major oil leaks around the gaskets and oil pump. NEVER shop there. I think they are totally dishonest. read more

I had never bought a car from a dealer much less a used car dealer so I was very leery of doing it this time. However, the folks at Premier Stop we nothing short of incredible. They did not apply any pressure, let me look at the vehicles as much as I needed, take a very long test drive by myself to really get the feel of the car, and then worked with me to make the deal a good deal for me. I really felt they cared as much about me as they did selling a car and would not hesitate to go back to them for cars in the future. Avoid this dealership! When they say "AS IS," they mean it. We Bought a Honda Passport and so far we have already replaced the transmission ($2800), alternator ($200), battery and a couple of cables. I've been purchasing my vehicles from Premier Stop since 2010. My initial vehicle was a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo, it was the cutest little sedan and really amazing on gas. I quickly paid it off with their short term finance. They made it easy with no credit check and really simple requirements. I had no major mechanical issues with my car and just required the basic maintenance, which was pretty sweet! I traded in 3 years later (2013) for a 2010 Kia Forte and once my family expanded (2016) I bought a 2nd vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Journey. Each time, their friendly and knowledgeable staff have been helpful in finding me the vehicle I want, at a great price! They even assisted me in finding an insurance policy at an affordable price. Got a car about 1.5 years ago one that was advertised it looked great and the features were perfect for me . After driving it off the lot the ac stopped working within a week my check engine light was on and the base for the radio console was coming off of the hinges . The hubcaps on the tires did not fit or match smh and little by little the car began to fall apart. I was beginning to notice the half ass job of fixing things they had done. At this point there was no returing the car and I had no choice but to keep it and continue paying it . After a year of paying ON TIME every month. My car was towed because they said I had not listed them as a lein holder on my insurance, they only reached out to me once in regards to this issue and when my husband offrered to give proof of insurance two weeks before they towed it btw, the girl in the office declined then later stated that we never showed proof. I only had about 8 mo left to pay on this. I had to forfeit the car and was left high and dry , they did not take any responsibility for them not taking my proof of insurance or doing more to keep me from losing this vehicle they simply said they rely on a DMV system which didn't have my info the same info. we attempted to provide. They were rude, defensive and treated us like we were always delinquent and troublesome customers. The girls that work there have the WORST customer service. They put more energy into their looks than being courteous to their customers after a sale smh . I would not recommend buying a car from ppl who only care for sales and their stupid image. read more
