Ramon and his crew came in and worked very hard and diligently to get it cleaned up -- it took almost a week of mowing, pruning, grubbing out roots, spreading bark and rocks and more. Our tenants were very impressed with how hard the crew worked --even when it was raining and hailing. The property looks beautiful now, except that it is growing season and the acre of grass is already needing another mow! Ramon (the owner) promised to get to that next week. Ramon is a good communicator, he sent me regular progress photos (because I was out of town) and got the job done. We plan to have them come regularly.

We also needed a few old plants removed from too close to the cabin to prepare for foundation work and to prevent insects/pests. It was a lot of work. Ramon's team did a very thorough job at a reasonable price, and they hauled away the debris from the vines & plants. Since I could not be at the cabin that day, Ramon sent me 4-5 photos of the entire yard to show the finished work and he sent a scanned invoice.
