We had water damage from a downspout leak and ended up replacing everything and adding on projects because we were pleased. Brad does stuff other contractors do not. He stayed to the end of the project and was not at other worksites at the same time. He was able to get to my job quickly which helped us put my mother's house up on the market right away. He works steadily while he is there and takes pride in doing things neatly and correctly. Lastly, Brad sticks to his prices and estimates well.
