I also loved the pad as well; the sauce was thick and coated all the vegetables nicely with this light savory flavor; if I had to describe what it taste similar to most, it taste similar to those crispy noodles you get at Chinese restaurant coded with a little bit of thick gravy. This one was better though and again I love the vegetables that were served with it. The presentation was beautiful when it came out and the service we had was very good.
