When we arrived, we mentioned it to the staff and showed them the post, and they were happy to apply the discount to our check. The food here is fantastic. The variety of Korean side dishes were all delicious. We ordered the soybean paste soup, corn cheese, and steamed eggs, and each one was spot on. In addition to the menu items, they have a buffet area with different types of food to choose from. The thinly sliced brisket was good quality as well. The service was incredibly quick and our server came by frequently to check on us and see if we needed to order anything else or if we were doing okay.

I have many memories at this particular location all…read morethe way back to when it was a different restaurant (Heebeen) and multiple other restaurants have recycled through. The layout has actually stayed the same throughout the years. Gogi Friends has a really good deal on Korean BBQ in the NoVA area. With the basic AYCE option, you still get to order 1 piece of premium meat per person. Meat quality isn't premium like Ingle or Meokja, but it is passable. They have unlimited sides and limited buffet type of foods available. I thought everything was good especially the small kimchi pancake. The brisket was quite good along with the marinated short rib. Those two types of meats were all I tried and honestly that is all you need. The grills had to be changed after every round of meat, but the workers were very quick about replacing it. Their corn cheese, egg, and soup were also pretty good. The restaurant can hold a decent number of people and large groups as well as smaller groups. They had a special discount for healthcare and military workers for 10% off. Basically, covers the tax. Service was also good and quick. At the end, they gave a small ice cream. I would come back again as this is a good deal in this area for a $36/person dinner. Lunch is $25 per person during weekdays 11 am -3 pm. Lunch on weekends and holidays for $28/person.

He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Shoutout to the bartender, Kai, too the drinks were everything! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and outstanding drinks. Thanks again, Chris and Kai!

The country curry was by far my favorite thing and tasted very, very good. Nice and savory, well spiced, and had a ton of aromatics to brighten up the entire dish. There was also a lot of vegetable vegetables, mixed in to brighten up the entire dish. The curry reminded me of a good khao soi with a little more sweetness. Regardless, it was super super enjoyable. I also loved the pad as well; the sauce was thick and coated all the vegetables nicely with this light savory flavor; if I had to describe what it taste similar to most, it taste similar to those crispy noodles you get at Chinese restaurant coded with a little bit of thick gravy. This one was better though and again I love the vegetables that were served with it. The presentation was beautiful when it came out and the service we had was very good. We came here after a long day of work and were surprised at both the decorations, atmosphere, and service. We will definitely be back.

Today, we were greeted quickly and warmly and shown to a table. My Dad had a huge burger, which he said was good. My sister had the Gumbo- I tasted it and it was delicious! My Caribbean chicken and shrimp would've been delicious, but the chicken was way way too salty! The shrimp and beans and rice were both good. I'm so glad I ordered the sauce on the side because it ratcheted up the salt level to briny. Our server was adequate. The dining room is in a sort of weird U-shaped to me, but and spaced to serve. The friendly Manager stopped by our table to give my little niece a toy, and check on our experience. Our food hadn't come yet, so I didn't share that I didn't enjoy my meal. Even though I didn't enjoy the dish I had, I probably come back to try the burger.

The spaghetti had a curry taste that I personally didn't enjoy, and the cocktail was way too sweet for my liking. Our server was nice, but we didn't receive silverware until after our food had already been served, which was a little frustrating especially since the restaurant was not very crowded at the time. One positive was that parking was very convenient and easy.

I post up here to work all the time during the week and it's perfect for it: chill vibe, comfortable, easy to settle in for a few hours and actually get things done. The food is genuinely good across the board. I haven't ordered a single thing I regretted. Drinks are on point too, and the hookah rounds it all out. It's the rare place that nails all three. The staff is what really seals it. Friendly every time, they make you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. And the range is what makes it special. During the week it's a laid-back work-and-relax spot, but on the weekend it turns up into a whole vibe. Same place, two moods, both excellent. If you're looking for somewhere to grind solo or link up with people later, this is it. Highly recommend.

Everything started out great. Our hostess was nice and offered a variety of menu options. The ambiance was great and the restaurant was clean. We couldn't wait until Friday to see how livelier it would become. I ordered from the appetizer menu so that I could try a variety of items. The food was decent except the slider. Unfortunately my burger wasn't seasoned at all but everything else was good. Unfortunately this is where things turn. We all received our food except one person in our group. His food didn't arrive until after we received our checks. He didn't wasn't to eat while we waited and have everyone uncomfortably watch, so he asked the hostess to box the meal up. Someone asked why he had to pay full price plus service charge for something he received extremely late, and the response was that he got his water for free. We asked to speak to the manager and sadly he was too busy to address the issue. Not sure if this just a common practice up north but we didn't like the treatment of our coworker. We decided we would try another recommended spot, hopefully with better service.
