A lot of the time I have to call and check if they have come in because I don't get a phone call, text or email letting me know. Sometimes they just forget to order my items, especially contacts. The last two times I went in they closed a half hour earlier than their website indicated. When I just called they told me they will stay open for eye appointments if they have them scheduled, but not for walk ins to pick up glasses or contacts, or to have glasses adjusted. So please be aware that whatever closing time Savin shows on their website to allow at least an hour earlier to arrive there. This has been continuously frustrating and I hope this review will alert others and save some frustration for them as well.

I was left with the conclusion that this doctor does not like helping people. When I volunteer for charitable causes, it's because I like people and I enjoy helping them. Utterly pathetic!…read more After being referred from the Costco eye center (he needs to find someone else to refer his patients) for having a larger than normal dilapidation of sight I was sent on a wild goose chase By these doctors. This goose chase included an MRI a CT of the arteries of my neck and a serious surgical procedure that has left visible permanent scars. Due to the utterly pathetic original diagnosis I received at this clinic other doctors treated me with large doses of prednisone. I am now type 2 diabetic as a result. Luckily I consulted a very good neurologist in Illinois who had me seen within 72 hours at Wheaton eye clinic/NorthWestern by a Nuero Opthamologist who advised me, and the clinic, that he/they could find nothing that supported the original or any diagnosis (and wrote and tell them so) I would not under any circumstances go here if you have any under lying conditions as this clinic is simply not experienced enough to handle it and not self aware enough to pass you onto people that do have expertise beyond the ability of the clinic. Make your own choice!
