I highly highly recommend this place- was told by the dealership I got my car from it would be $120 just to diagnose why my check engine light was on so I took here the same day as I called to have them check it out. They diagnosed my problem for free and within 5 minutes which was a lifesaver because I was moving out of state the next day. They told me my car would be fine to drive and the problem didn't need to be addressed immediately and they were right- I made it to Texas with no problem. Would give no stars but that's not an option. They sold me a car, kept it for three days fixing it, I go to pick it up and guess what...it stops running not even a tenth of a mile down the road. After my check engine light being on for about a week I knew it was time to finally take my car in. I called a couple of places to get the pricing of a diagnostic test. Some of the prices were outrageous! Both places I had called said I would most likely have to leave my car overnight because it would take at least an hour to diagnose the issue. After feeling defeated and being in a time crunch I called my mother for advice. She suggested Anderson Automotive and I'm SO GLAD she did!! I was there for not even 10 minutes, they had already hooked my car up and fixed the issue FOR FREE!!! Granted it was a minor issue, a pressure/sensory thing but still what AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. It can be so hard to find an auto repair shop with mechanics you can trust and a price that doesn't make you want to cry. So many times I feel as though bigger names like Tire Discounters, Goodyear, etc. will do anything for an extra sale. Anderson Automotive on the other hand clearly demonstrated that there are still auto repair shops out there that have their customers best interests at heart and for that I am thankful. Took my car to 2 other places. The first place was going to cost me 638$. The second place was going to charge me 912$. I had no idea what i was going to do!? My friend recommended that i call this place. They got me in quick, ran a free diagnostic and fixed my car for around 300$. I think my car drives better now than it ever has. And it only took them a day! Most mechanics are crooks these days but not these guys! Such honest hard working people. I will continue my business here and nowhere else. Honesty is key and i brought them my car and Toyota had told me there were some serious repairs needed and i had them give a second opinion and they worked hard to figure it out and saved me thousands of dollars!
