Was a loyal patient but I lost trust. I was willing to come back due to an emergency of a crown they put in came off... I could give more history but I'll save the details.... I called simply to schedule an appointment because a crown that is only about two years old had come loose. Unfortunately, the person handling the call made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be. Before I had even been examined by the dentist, he started telling me that I may need an entirely new crown. I understand that replacement is one possible outcome, but that is something the dentist should determine after actually examining the tooth...not something an appointment setter should speculate about over the phone. I have already had difficult and expensive dental experiences in the past, so trust is extremely important to me. I was prepared to return to this office because I had trusted the male dentist not the female dentist (she put a hole in my old crown), but this interaction made me lose confidence before I could even get through the front door. Also his tech didn't even know how to put my crown on the right way. This feels more like a school than a real office. Front-office staff are often a patient's first point of contact, and the way concerns are communicated matters. I wish he had simply listened, scheduled the appointment, and allowed the dentist to evaluate the crown instead of creating unnecessary anxiety about treatment that may or may not even be needed. read more

My family of 3 (4 w my sister) are all leaving despite having gone here for many years. There are some great dentists & assistants but also some that are way too inexperienced (eg not knowing how to do an X-ray). They have gotten WAY too expensive & blame it all on insurance. You used to be able to get in for emergencies but no more. Then they started doing "the special conversation" about $ before treating you. They're way overbooked & just here to turn us around faster for the money now. Sad bc there really are good dentists there (avoid the newer ones if you do decide to go here after all this). But the office staff-wow has that gone downhill. There is one competent friendly person there (long dark hair glasses), give her a raise. Recently I tried to make an appt & they kept insisting they had just seen me & there was nothing they could do, despite saying it was a DIFFERENT TOOTH, this happened w 2 different people. I had to wait so long to get in for severe tooth pain (a week) it had died down & I just managed as best u could with old meds. But I still wanted to go to find out what was wrong so I went. They lost my appt. I could wait for what could be hours Or book for the next day. In taking to the woman I explained at this point I would prefer to just do it next week. We made the appt. They called yesterday to say i missed my appt (that isn't for another week). I was not surprised. I had to repeat myself several times to her & she was so out of it she couid barely function. I'll be charitable & say it was lack of caffeine. I didn't leave with any confidence that she was able to schedule a simple appt. & yup I was right. And please remember I took time out of my day to show up for the 1st appt that they failed to put in the calendar. Are you kidding me? I feel more comfortable going to some random place I don't even know now & that is saying something given I'm afraid of dentists. We have to change all of our paperwork now too which is the only reason we've persisted so far. Good job losing loyal customers (& all the $ I've spent there). But it prob won't matter as you're just packing us in like cattle now. The predatory Sage model. If you made it this far I hope you know I'm only doing this to hopefully save someone else this aggravation & maybe get word to whoever runs the office-for the love of god-clean house. Don't reply with some empty "we hear you" message. I've said it here, you know what you need to & you're just replying BS here to look good "come talk to us" why? You won't change anything. Dr. Reis is hands-down the best dentist! She is my family's dentist, and they truly loved how she planned their treatment and communicated with them. Her care is very personal, and she took the time to explain the treatment plan, and took into consideration their personal preferences when working on their treatment. She is also extremely caring and you can tell she has a genuine interest in improving her patients' quality of life. Dental health is one of those things we sometimes take for granted, and don't realize how impactful it is when we lose it. I've recommended her to all my friends. She makes me super motivated to go to the dentist. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, especially if you're in need of additional procedures beyond a standard check-up, she will work with you to ensure that your preferences are heard and honored. I was nervous coming in due to never having one before and he reassured me and asked me how I was doing so many times and kept me completely at ease. His dental assistant was amazing as well. I cannot tell you how impressed I am by this office. I have not been to the dentist in almost 20 years, partly due to a medical condition that makes it hard for me to be treated. Other offices have refused to work on me because of this. But from the second I walked in to the office I felt welcome and safe. They even allowed my Service Dog, whom the doctor fell in love with. They were kind, respectful, and gave me options as to my treatment program. I will be recommending them for sure. read more

I was recommended to this dentist by my coworker. Nothing more frustrating then starting a new job and having to look for a new dentist that takes your insurance. I've been going here for the last two years and I couldn't be more happy. This location is a bit out of my way but in my opinion it's worth it. Everyone is sweet and my teeth get taken care of. You would think that's an obvious thing for your dentist to do. I've been burned before. After the horror in another place, this has given me a worry free feeling with my teeth. They haven't pressured me into getting any unnecessary work down. My Gf is having that problem at her dentist and plans on switching over to this place. I visited because they honored Cigna's Discount Dental Program & they had amazing reviews online. Originally, I was nervous but they helped me feel more comfortable. I needed a root canal and crown. I really liked that they had a endodontist who is Dr. Hart. He comes in on Monday's. Both Dr. Hart & Dr. Anderson have great bedside manor. I appreciate their down to earth attitudes and the way they say jokes. They are professional but it makes you feel more at ease. They also know how to "roll with the punches" and pivot....I originally needed a cleaning but they quickly got me in last minute to fix a broken filling. I plan to make them my healthcare dental providers for a long time. I recommend bringing your headphones and music to listen to when you are in surgery. Also, both Doctors were VERY gentle when sticking the needle in my gum to numb everything! I didn't feel it at all! Thank you Dr. Hart & Dr. Anderson. They did a great job on a last minute emergency filling the first time I saw her. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I also thought she seemed like someone who actually cared about her patients, squeezing me in at the last minute before my vacation so I could get out of pain. I was glad to have finally found what I thought at the time was a great dentist in my area and was looking forward to getting the rest of the dental work I needed done with them. At my next visit, an exam to assess what else I needed done, I was told I needed $30,000 of dental work. On my way out I asked the front desk if they could write down their prices for a root canal, a bridge and an implant so I could go home and consider. They refused to tell me the prices for each procedure. I complained several times and said I needed to know the prices. They refused. I was told I'd need to schedule another appointment with the doctor (which would cost a few hundred dollars) just to get the prices for three procedures. I received a certified letter from them a few days later saying they'd no longer be able to see me, because of a "communication breakdown" (i.e., I asked them for their prices.) However they told me in the letter that they'd be able to help me in an emergency during the next thirty days. Then, when the filling they did chipped and I was in pain I called, as it was within the thirty day period. At first they offered to treat the tooth. Then thirty seconds later they told me they could only give me pain medicine, and that I had to go to another dentist for the filling which they did that chipped. They do good dental work. But you'd better be ready to blindly fork over 30k or whatever they ask you for. Don't you dare ask any questions regarding their pricing or ask them to break down their prices. If you do they'll stop treating you. You'll be left in the lurch in pain, like me. I don't know who these people think they are. I feel so angry and hurt. read more

My insurance pays for teeth cleaning so I have now been to Anderson Dental two times for same and both times were very pleasant. Staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. is warm. The dental hygenist is outstanding! His name is Neville Bermudez and he has the gentlest touch I have ever experienced for a teeth cleaning. I've had good and bad cleanings, like when your gums are sore or bleeding afterwards because the technician wasn't that good, but Neville is terrific! You hardly feel it. It's like butterfly wings fluttering around your teeth, just impressive and very efficient too. Highly recommend. read more

I have been going to Andersen Dental for over 10 years and as far as Dentists go, this place is great! I have always had the best experience regardless if I had seen Dr. Andersen, Dr. Corsaro, Dr. Sley, or Dr. Medellin. The hygienists are very good at what they do and I have never come out of the office sore as I had experienced at other practices. I take pretty good care of my teeth so prices have been fair in respect to the fact I have been lucky enough to not need more than a filling or cleaning. However if I did need more they have state of the art equipment and can do most things same day. (My husband can attest to that) I would highly recommend them! read more

You know when you were a kid at the dentist and they always had some type of art that had the words "painless dentist" on them somewhere and in your head you were saying "damn liars" well this office is as close to painless as I have EVER found. I am cursed with horrible teeth no matter what I do to care for them, so I have had many trips to many a dentist. This man is absolutely amazing. He has the most gentle hand and is SUPER concerned with the comfort level of his patients. If you feel even the slightest twinge of pain he will give you whatever it is you need to make sure you have the smallest amount of discomfort, because sometimes you cant be completely painless. I wish I could have had someone like him as a child, then maybe I wouldn't have learned to fear the dentist like I did. I can walk in to an appointment now knowing that I am in the greatest care and that it's going to be as painless as possible. I had an unexpected accident while traveling to Palm Beach, I cracked one of my molars on a Saturday morning. I called around and couldn't find anyone who would be able to get me in. Even though it was the weekend Dr. Anderson squeezed me in and fixed my tooth with no pain and no downtime. I had a crown made within an hour and I was back to work in no time at all. I was referred to Anderson Dental by my coworker, I went to see Dr. Anderson to have my crown re cemented and we also took care of a cracked tooth, which also needed a crown, this is the first time that I had 3D imagining to create my permanent crown and have it in an hour. I would like to start this review with a little history. First off I hate dentist. Going to the dentist causes me a lot of anxiety. I'm sure my blood pressure goes up as soon as I walk in the door and the sound of a drill makes it worse. My husband found Dr Anderson a few years back and started going to him along with my kids. When our insurance changed we lost him so I found insurance that he took so they could once again see him. Since going to the dentist is such a nerve wracking ordeal for me I put it off for YEARS. I was having a problem and needed to go. They fit me in with Dr Corsaro who does something to get me out of pain until Dr Anderson could do a root canal. I tell Dr Corsaro that I don't like going to the dentist that I really don't like dentist and that I am nervous. He does his thing and I'm out of pain YEAH. Go back for the root canal. Dr Anderson is wonderful. I am told to make another appointment for a crown. Before my appointment time came I was once again having pain. I called the office and they told me to come in. I do. I am then told by Dr Corsaro that my insurance wanted the same doctor that did the root canal to do the crown so I could either have him fix it temporarily until my appointment with Dr Anderson or I could pay an additional 500.00 for him to do it. This sounded strange. What kind of crappy insurance is this. What if Dr Anderson was gone for an extended period. Since my other insurance option wasn't excepted by Anderson Dental I said well I guess I will have to pay the extra and then find a new dentist. Before I could say anything else Dr Corsaro told me I was rude and that I was rude to him the last time I was here. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???? Then he went on and on about how I insulted him because the first time I came in I told him I hated dentist. ARE YOU FOR REAL???? Where is the hidden camera. This has to be a joke. He walked out of the room like a 5 year old. REALLY. Bottom line for me....Dr Anderson great.....Dr Corsaro well I think he needs to find his big boy pants. To Dr Corsaro I say when your 50 and have to go to a proctologist for a colonoscopy are you going to say .... I love coming here...I love proctologist. LOL give me a break. I didn't say I hated you personally. If your ego is going to take a hit whenever someone tells you they don't like dentist you are going to be a very unhappy person. I don't know anyone who will say gee I love to go to the dentist and some of us have a physical reaction to someone doing things in their mouths. you should be a bit more understanding and a lot less emotional. OH and the insurance wanting the same dentist...NOT EXACTLY TRUE. It has to be a Humana approved dentist on my plan. (hey that even makes sense) Perhaps Dr Corsaro you should have said that instead of making me think I had the worlds worst insurance. Dr Corsaro may work in the same office as Dr Anderson but he is NOT an approved doctor on my plan so he would be considered out of network. Needless to say my family and I will be going to a different dentist from this point on. read more

I actually began coming to this office because of serene dental and I love the office. It is located in a plaza, but looks great once you walk in. I love the clean, simple, calming decor of the office. I HIGHLY recommend getting a teeth cleaning from the one gentleman that works there. He is exquisite!! I've always hated the dentist, but i look forward to my cleanings because he takes his time and I can feel a huge difference. The dentists (especially Dr. Anderson) are very friendly and take the time to converse. I'm very happy I've finally found an office I feel comfortable in and that is hygienic.
