I came to this office already dealing with the effects of an autoimmune disease that had severely affected my teeth and caused tooth loss much earlier in life than anyone should have to face. I was vulnerable, embarrassed, and hoping for honest guidance and real help. At the time, I still had some of my lower natural teeth and two implants placed by another dentist that were functioning well and looked fine. Instead of advising me to return to the original implant dentist, I was told they could fix my smile and make me look great. I trusted that. What I received instead was a bulky, unnatural-looking bridge that left me feeling humiliated and devastated. After paying around $22,000, I was left with dental work that not only damaged my confidence, but made daily life harder. Because of my autoimmune condition, chewing and swallowing were already difficult. After this treatment, food began getting trapped under the bridge whenever I ate, and I often have to use a water flosser immediately afterward. They then refused to refund the amount they charged her CC. and told me they will get paid because they "have her credit card on file". I took it like a threat. They never did and they do have a policy about refusal of service 2 times is notpermitted. Fantastic office, they take care of all 4 of my daughters. The front desk ladies are amazing and the doctors are so caring.

They have a lot to work on business wise. They have not been able to get back to me regarding questions in over two years. I called today and they couldn't find my account and then said they misspelled my name but cannot look into the account any further. Bad business practices which is unfortunate, looks like a ton of others have similar experiences. It's tough when you spend your entire dental budget and pay out of pocket only to get your insurance charged again at the start of fiscal year. I hope the Dentists realize the real impact of their work practices and hope they change their ways. I never write reviews and never have felt this compelled to warn others for falling into the same trap as me. But I gotta say if you want a good experience go elsewhere- you'll only end up broke, in pain and upset with the service you'll find at KA Dental. RUN, 0 stars & look for any other another dentist, if you want t be treated with respect or honesty!!!! They are dishonest & lie!! I WAS a patient @ KA Dental for 4 years. I had a crown fixed three years ago by Dr Rodriquez, it fell out & was only repairable by an implant. I was NOT working & couldn't afford it. I met Ryan who promised me it would only cost $2000 in insurance. So in December, I paid KA $1600, under the promise that Ryan, the office manager, had made to me that I would be compensated back as the insurance paid. And, as long as Ryan worked there that was true. I got paid back what he had promised, but the implant was not finished. It takes 4-5 months to complete. Then, in April, Ryan was no longer there & neither was the "promise" he made, as the manager. Kira was the next manager, she was there, then next phone call, "she was no longer there, just Iike Ryan." Then, Jawanna Moore took over & "demanded an additional $640 or she would not "deliver" the tooth", that I had waited for over 5 months. She "promised" she would pay me back, upon receiving insurance payments. I actually have a "signed treatment plan" contract & still have yet to receive my $640 back, as promised! And KA received insurance monies. To top it off, my insurance will not pay for the implant, as it should have lasted 5 years, as an industry standard & an appeal was "sent" in... Just got off the phone with insurance & the appeal was NEVER sent in from KA dental, as promised!! They just lie!!! So to summarize my dispute, my crown failed & that cost me $541 in 2020, $651 was owed from Ryan & now an additional $640 is owed for Jawanna Moore to "deliver" my implant! The total is $1832 & my only recourse is to warn ALL. I will NOT allow them to continue doing "balance billing FRAUD" to me or ANY other trusting patient!! To top it all off, I received a note from KA dental on 6/23/23, stating that they "formally informing me, after much thought, I (we) have decided to withdraw from care as your dentist". This was sent by Krunal Patel DDS & Aditi Patel DDS. This was due to me trying to call the dentists who OWN the company!! So, they have stolen $1832 & they have stated this is a "termination if our relationship", within 30 days of this letters receipt!!! If that's not the cherry on top of absolutely everything. So, on 7/23/23, they will no longer "cover their work" again!!! I will be reporting them to the Attorney General, BBB, Florida department of Insurance service & will be taking them to court, if I do not receive the $1,832 that is honestly due to me. Went for a cleaning they said I need a deep cleaning,I couldn't really afford the deeper cleaning however during the regular cleaning I was feeling worried about the health of my teeth/gums ,I reconsidered then decided to get the deeper cleaning after I had already started the regular cleaning ,KA Dental started the "deep"cleaning which lasted 1 minute for $1000.00. My wife went to this dental office for a check up and to set up an appointment for deep cleaning and let me just tell the power move they tried to pull to scam her out of her money .... I would not recommend this place. They tried pushing on me a deep cleaning that I know I don't need reason being I just had a cleaning in April and I have a family member who is a dentist who reports this sort of thing happening quiet often. I thought I was going to get a cleaning at my first appointment like every other dentist office I have been to, but this one just took X-rays and had the dentist do an "exam". When I expressed to them I don't want to do a deep clean , just a regular cleaning , they told me I needed to sign a form that states I am going against medical advice they would do the cleaning and dismiss me as a patient. My last review was a 1 meaning a 0 but now -4. My last review was review was approximately 2.5 years ago. The dental hygienist stated that I needed a DEEP cleaning fearing for my heart disease progressing. I brush and floss twice a day and have my teeth cleaned every 6 months like clockwork. I didn't believe that and inquired why now, when all my previous exams and cleanings were just fine? Again, she cited heart disease. I had to wait until my new insurance had passed the 6-month waiting period and was in between dentists at other of their locations. KA also wanted 150.00 per section of teeth X 4=600.00. They claim the insurance would not cover for routine cleanings. They jerked my around for weeks until I just waited for the new insurance and new dentist I interviewed. Just got back a few moments ago. A deep cleaning was not needed after 2.5 years, no cavities, and no gum issues. BTW KA called me no less than 5 times the day of my appointment@1:00 P.M. I really like KA Dental and have been going there for several years now. But please do not go to this location! Visit them in Palm Beach Gardens or not at all. Every time at the Royal Palm location we have to wait so long for our appointments and the staff up front just doesn't care. They ignore you when you're in their office and they are inconsiderate on the phone as well (especially Angela). It's too bad that the terrible customer service has to taint the image of the great dental work that is done in the back. Seriously, go to the Palm Beach Gardens location or find a different dentist until KA Dental fixes their issues with the front desk staff. read more

I agree with the other reviews out here already about KA dental. I scheduled a teeth whitening appointment, for what they termed as the $499 July special. Went in started the whitening then they ran out of material and had to reschedule to complete the whitening I was Then asked could I pay another $150 When I return to have the whitening completed. Money hungry. Additionally They performed a routine cleaning prior to the whitening and had to pay a $10 co-pay for this cleaning which is fine. I objected to pay the additional $150 and rescheduled the teeth whitening. When I arrive for the second whitening session, they wanted me to pay $60 because they did not correctly collect the co-pays for my last three cleanings, WTF. I reluctantly paid the $60 and then was told the hygienist that was going to do the whitening is not available and that some of the material was not also available. I demanded a refund of the $499 and miraculously the material for whitening teeth, and the hygienist became available. I will not return to this dentist and I agree with all the reviews steer clear of this place. read more

As if that wasn't stupid enough, I followed their policy, I called them, left a message, drove out to Royal Palm (early for my appt) all for my appointment to be cancelled on me. Receptionist said she could reschedule me at 3 to talk to the doctor for a few mins then have my cleaning at 4. That's a long wait and we already agreed to my appointment at 1 o'clock! There were already four others in the waiting room when I was there early for my original appointment not to mention. Do not waste your money here. The staff is unprofessional and rude! I have been hung up on several times on multiple occasions by the receptionist without reason. They do not do quality work, they rush everything. Imagine paying $70 for a teeth cleaning that you could do better at home or paying $100 for retainers that are not perfect. One set of my retainers broke within a month of receiving them and all the rest had so many bubbles in them that it looked disgusting. Went there to have a crown done. The doctor did an X-RAY for only that tooth and wanted $1300 even though I have a good dental insurance and he kept talking about how bad I need braces because his wife does that too. I canceled knowing that I can do that crown for half the price. They give me a statement for $160 for only one tooth X-ray and a 5 minutes of doctor time (which was waisted on that braces thing!) I even asked for antibiotic for my gum infection I had, they refused to let the doctor examined it as he got busy with another patient. If they are not going to make business from you, they don't care about you at all!! They are all about the money. It is a shame!! read more
