I continue to get these emails from his AI assistant which he clearly isn't reading. I want to know what kind of management hires a person like this? Irresponsible use of repetitive AI queries that drown the customer in messages he doesn't even read? I won't forget what company he works for. If this disappears, it's because they apologized. I suspect they won't. I didn't do business with them and yet he continues to harass me. Be warned. Even the link to their website doesn't work if you click on it in the email and then when you managed to copy it and get it into the search bar an AI assistant immediately pops up. I wish I could give this place negative stars. This company gave me hands down, the worst, most miserable and laughable customer service experience in my entire life. Up until this point I was under the impression that it was impossible for people to be this unprofessional and stay in business, but I suppose it's a lot easier when you're owned by a multi billion dollar company. I came in to fix an oil leak on my 2000 Blazer. Very simple fix, just needed a couple seals, rear main gasket, approximately 15hrs of work and would take about 5 days is what I was initially told. That was approximately a month ago. Over the course of the past month I've received about five calls from them saying they need to replace parts of the car that I never even asked them to touch. It seems like the stereotypical "hey this guy doesn't know anything about cars so let's milk as much as we can out of him" but I'm just speculating. Regardless, their service representative repeatedly forgot the details of my service and even thought it was funny that I expected him to know the status of my vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I finally got my car back yesterday and of course, there's some clicking noise in the engine (that wasn't there when I brought it to them) and they say that I am liable to pay for the fix, even with all of these parts having a warranty that is literally one day old. All in all, I'm surprised this place is still in business if they treat all their customers like they treated me. I bought a truck from Finlay yesterday. A young man named Parker was our salesman. He handled the negotiations very well and we ultimately got the deal done. The finance manager, Shane, is very professional. He Explained warranty and finance options with no pressure. Also, he found out we only had one key fob and offered to make sure we got the second one soon. lastly, this character, Michael, set up all the technology and explained what each function does. Its a shame General Motors even allows this company to even hold a dealership franchise. the absolute worst service department i have ever delt with. I do feel sorry for the Techs that work there, because the service advisor makes it seem like all the faults IS with them. Would give zero stars, my husband and I spoke to a Michelle and Gage at the call center for Finley Chevy and Bullhead city. We made a deal on a car a GMC Yukon. We texted back-and-forth with Michelle and Gage. We explained that we had a price match for a car from California And wanted them to honor it so we could do business with them. They agreed and told us to put a deposit down of $2000 to hold the vehicle. We asked them for a proposal. Michelle said she would send it to us and then her story changed When my husband and I went to Findlay before our trip to Idaho. We went in and told them we had about 10 minutes to leave the deposit because we needed to be on the road. They agreed and said to sit down so we did and they walked away to call Gage gauge Michelle supervisor to ask them what the agreement was and to get the final proposal for the vehicle. We waited and we asked if we could see the vehicle so they brought it around and we looked at it. Then another gentleman came out which I forgot his name and gave us a whole other story with a whole new price, I was so angry. I yelled at them and told them we had already made prior arrangements and a final PRICE out the door agreement and they didn't wanna honor it. They gave us the runaround and told us that their price was firm and then came out to say we can't give it to you for the price you want and we're trying to charge us California tax on top of theirs and when the sales saw that I didn't want to hear what he had to say he said we can honor it but it would still be more, I told my husband let's go and we left. We tried to reach out to Gage and Michelle and Michelle just so happened to leave supposedly to her daughter's Christmas recital and gauge was on a phone call and said he would call us back. It has now been three days. We got no call back and no responses to our text messages do not do business with these people. They are scammers they lie and they don't hold their end of the deal. I will also be posting screenshots so you all can read the text messages between us. Shame on you Findlay for the way you do business you just lost out on full pay out for this car. On a lark, I drove into their lot to see what they had to offer and true to used car salesmen form, they tried to basically "nail" me, right off the bat! I vamoosed when I felt the "pressure".... but only after they tricked me into giving them my social security number. NOW.....TODAY I get a CREDIT ALERT in my email for a "car loan inquiry". Well....yesterday those DOGS weaseled out of me my social security number saying that they HAD to have it for WHATEVER-THE-HECK-THEIR-EXCUSE--WAS...I actually don't remember.... as they were SO SLICK extracting it from me BEFORE I even expressed interest in buying any particular car! So, this morning I get this "credit alert" for a potential car loan.....WHEN I HAD TOLD THEM I WILL GET FINANCING FROM MY OWN BANK....IF....I decide to buy something. I just wanted to see different vehicles and they were drawing up a contract BEFORE I AGREED TO BUYING ANYTHING! It was horrible and it was scary. They put a lot of pressure on me. I felt SUPER vulnerable--and at their mercy, because I COULD TELL that the whole time I was there, they were trying to trick me.....and they were SO good at it, I didn't even see what hit me. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Booked appointment online. Technician called to confirm appointment. Said computer booked wrong time, so had to choose another time. Inconvenient, but okay. Got to dealership, checked in, and was presented with estimated cost. Told technician I booked a special online and showed him price. He said, "we can't honor that price. There's something wrong with the online reservation system." Told technician that's not my problem and asked him to honor what I had booked and had proof of price-wise. He took it to his manager who denied the quoted price. I walked out. I've had nothing but issues with this dealership in recent years. Terrible customer service. They stated that they ceramic coating on each car whether new or used....I didn't ask ,request or wish to have ceramic coating. Again this was all explained after credit appraisal completed. They responded that they would negotiate ceramic coating and knock 500 dollars off asking price. It was like a bait and switch .I had purchased a car prior with this company before and had nothing but positive things to say. Oddly enough I can only say negative things So if they say the car is one price just wait and the new price would be revealed at a later time. 04/29/2022-UPDATE After posting the below info online I received a call from a very aggravated Chris Bancroft who requested my presence in his office for a closed door meeting. I politely refused stating that enough of my time and money had been wasted. He insisted on the meeting. ( I was also called an hour previously from Mike Gonzalez , the manager at the used car lot in Fort Mohave, who had informed me that I was being secretly video recorded when I was there to inquire about the policy cancelation.I found that to be very violating and will not subject myself to that again.) I then informed Chris B that if he had something to say to me that he could tell me right then and there on the phone.He refused and again insisted on a meeting in his office. I asked Chris what he hope to accomplish and he stated "I offer no resolution but would like to shake your hand and either you leave as a friend or maybe you will leave as an enemy".Quote on quote. I informed Chris that if he wanted to speak to me in person so badly, I would be happy to have him meet me at my office to establish our status quo. He refused and ended the call. 04/28/2022 This dealership takes scamming to the next level. I was sold an "extended warranty" for a car that was still covered by factory warranty . turns out the warranty they sell ( from IAS First Centennial) starts the day you drive off the lot.So when your factory warranty runs out, so does your $3200.00 so called " extended warranty". You will find this out when you try to use the warranty or cancel the warranty.I was personally allowed to review warranty options and picked a 60k warranty and was informed that it would start when the factory warranty ended(covered to 96k). When i went to the car lot in Fort Mohave to try to sort this out, I was informed by Mike Gonzalez that if i was dumb enough to by a Ford fusion then i was dumb enough to get sold a warranty that i didn't need.Yeah Mike, hence the 60k extended warranty. Mike also advised me to request the hidden docs they dont show you, like detailed warranty paperwork, so i dont get scammed next time. Good advice. I also called the warranty company(IAS First Centennial) and they confirmed that they do not sell extended warrantys and it starts as soon as you drive off the lot. When I did finally recieve all the paperwork there was a signed copy of the warranty ( for 36k, I should have looked more closely when signing)but the effective dates were not stated at all.They were also aware that Findlay was selling useless policys to unsuspecting customers. NOTE: I tried to obtain a copy of my paperwork from Financing for weeks but was ignored by Chris Gonzalez, who is the person who scammed me. It took considerable effort to obtain this information and i ended up having to show up in person. read more

I had patronized this dealership several times over the past decade since I moved here. Each and every time, without fail, there was a problem. Ill-fitting parts, leaving spilled coolant or oil all over my motor, etc. But let's concentrate on what happened to me today, from something they did in 2019. I went there for four new tires, as they were the only place I could find that carried Good Year tires. They ordered them from their vendor in Vegas. Got them in two days, I came in, tires were installed, and I left. A few months ago my current mechanic noticed cracking on my sidewalls, less than three years later. The tires only had about 4,000 miles on them as I don't drive much. Closer inspection revealed that two of the tires were made in 2019, so they were new when installed. Another was made in 2018, and the last one was made in 2016! Those two tires were NOT new when Findlay sold them to me. So today, in order to not be driving on mismatched tires, I was forced to buy four new tires elsewhere, ensuring that they were new, all made in late 2021. Total cost: $600. So thanks, Findlay. Thanks a lot. Rather than having been honest with me, you took my money in 2019 and sent me on my way. Because of that, I will never do business with you again, ever. Period. I don't care if you have the only part available for my car in the entire city ... I'll walk or take a taxi. Do not do business with these shysters. read more
