David was absolutely wonderful from the time he came to pick her up at her house, to helping with everything and anything that needed to be done or that we needed. He took so much time with us helping with picking out urns and other things we had wanted. Not knowing what we wanted he helped guide us to the perfect things! He truly took his time with us and was supportive through it all. You truly feel like family and they very much do care. I couldn't say enough amazing things about Dunns but especially David. They are very caring and will even handle arrangements with the cemetery, church, insurance company, social security, video using pictures of your loved ones life as a touching memory and newspapers for the obituary. Moss was instructed to bury asap. Instead the burial was delayed 1/2 day and I was cut out of having any input into the time of burial as well as input into what the Pastor Michael Rasicci said about Mom graveside. She looked like the mother we all knew before she got sick. She looked peaceful. It helped make the rest of the day easier. The funeral home is well kept and comfortable. They cater to only one service at a time which is really nice. Plenty of parking. They also had a nice kitchenette for the family to use. I get it that this was an animal and not a human we were discussing but a little kindness would have gone a long way.
