A woman answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. When she came back I explained that I had a couple questions about my dogs cremation. Without saying anything else she said "hold please". She came back and I continued with my questions. She said she would get back to me, took my name and number and just hung up. She was unpleasant and unprofessional. I get it that this was an animal and not a human we were discussing but a little kindness would have gone a long way. When she first answered she had no idea what my question was so I think she needs to be coached to show a little compassion considering where she is working.

I had visited the location a couple days before my mom passed and they were very respectful and took down all of our information so that after my mom passed they were able to just come in take her body to the home. They also were able to get all of our official documentation information filled out at that moment as well. We had the basic cremation package which allowed us a 30 minute viewing. The space was clean and allowed us some private time with my mom before she was cremated. Receiving her remains and death certificate was also very efficient. We received both a couple business days after the viewing. Thank you for making a difficult life event pain free and simple. That was very important for us as we grieved.

Moss was instructed to bury asap. Instead the burial was delayed 1/2 day and I was cut out of having any input into the time of burial as well as input into what the Pastor Michael Rasicci said about Mom graveside.
