The ongoing nature of this infestation, compounded by the recent discovery of another dead rodent and a hole in a flour bag, suggests that the initial exclusion and sealing services were not performed effectively. As a customer who paid for both the initial service and a follow-up visit, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the company's failure to respond to my inquiries. While researching pest control services in my area, I came upon this wonderful company in the next town over from me. I gave them a call and spoke to Jessie. I voiced my concerns as Jessie waited patiently before responding. Jessie was professional, informative and thorough. He made my decision for who I would choose to do the job very easy. I was so impressed, I signed a contract for a full year after hanging up. I genuinely wanted to lock in what I felt was the start of something great. I was right! Luis arrived at my home promptly; within 24 hours of my call for help. I showed him the problem area first. I also shared all my "critter" events since moving into my new home. To my surprise and joy, every issue, old and new, was addressed by Luis. After working on every issue inside my home and garage, Luis took a look around outside and got to work. He cleaned up all the cobwebs around the entire house. He went even further and checked for holes where any unwanted pests could gain access to the inside of my home. Before leaving, he took the time to review all the treatments he applied inside and out. I would be remiss if I didn't add that Luis did an extremely thorough job.
